Very bad attitude from an employee, I don't know her name, even the manager, they yell at you and humiliate you, they are racist, despotic and humiliated, they are people if you can call them that, they should not be serving people or dealing with any human being, they are tired of dealing with people, they should change them. area to deal only with inanimate objects, I hope no truck driver has the courage to come here again until they take urgent measures and change the staff, thanks to the postscript, don't complain to the manager, he's the same as the dark-haired lady.

Getting here early does not matter to the person in charge of unloading you. This person is very uncomfortable to approach very unprofessional very short and rude with people it's obvious this person does not have people person skills or experience dealing with others. This person, in my opinion, does not want to be here. If you hate your job, please find something else. Drivers should not have to be subject to this kind of rudeness or unprofessionalism. This person acts as if we are disrupting her day when, in fact, we are only supplying the business that she makes a living from with the products they sell in order to stay open and pay such a person. If this is today's workforce, a lot of drivers will eventually stop bringing you your goods. Please address this person quickly.

My husband runs OTR but delivered one pallet here, yesterday. He had a shocking experience. The worst of it began when a lady with short hair approached him with paperwork, seething with rage, yelling instructions at him, ordering him around. They wanted him to unload the one pallet himself, which he was perfectly happy to do, despite the hostile atmosphere. So he grabbed up an electric pallet jack (an employee in the vicinity said that was ok), and went to it. The short haired lady reappeared and went on the attack, yelling and screaming about his using her equipment to unload her pallet that she wanted him to unload. There was a point at which he finally yelled back, saying, "Hey, you cut that out! What's going on here? Where am I?!" Immediately another worker was on him, saying, Don't you yell at her like that.As many as six workers were standing around, watching and participating, while my husband was screamed at, rudely brushed up against, and directed to do this/not that. There was even a feeling of violence in the air. The moment he called for an end to this behavior, he was accused of being the one who was uncivil. They even told him that cameras are everywhere and he was being filmed--as if any footage would show a fault on his part, LOL.My husband has been trucking for 28 years. He's perfectly accustomed to working with people who are grumpy, stressed, having a bad day, or trapped in a bad workplace culture. But this little band of aggressively hateful, dishonest, angry little bullies--who seemed in perfect solidarity with one another--created a toxic atmosphere together that can only be described as insane.I want to mention that my husband arrived one hour late, because his first delivery (30 miles away) kept him on the dock for four hours. I understand that no one wants to interrupt their regular procedures in order to accomodate the things that go wrong with the best laid plans. However, there is no justification for treating a fellow human being like a Nothing that you can insult and command. (Incidentally, my husband quite often runs himself to the max in order to cover for late shippers/late receivers and still hit every possible dock on time. That is, he is incredibly gracious in solving problems and just getting things done, when other people didn't find a way to do their work in the way that he needed them to.)My husband works for a great company: When he reported what had happened here, they had his back. I am bothering to write this review for the sake of any other drivers (or their bosses!) who, upon receiving the same treatment, can clearly see that they are not alone in being accosted in this irrational and dehumanizing manner. And all this over one little pallet!PS These people are obviously profoundly unhappy within themselves. I truly hope they find whatever help they need.

My husband and I went to one of the Depot Restaurants in clackamas, Oregon on Friday 9-1-23. We were treated very disrespectful by one of the staff. We're the regular customers at that store and know how their line works when checking out at the register. I'm not saying that customer is always right, but for a staff that works for the store you shouldn't have conflict with your customer. We return all our purchases that day and will not shop at that location again. will definitely let my friends and family members not to shop at that location. Very unhappy customer....

The butch cut bad attitude pit bull stinks. Hopefully no one handles that one morning. Restaurant Depot doesn't want the local news on the scene filming napoleon being carried off on a gurney.
