Was followed around today by one of the only employee working the store. She followed us in each aisle, all the way to the cash register and watched us leave. It seems like this energy would be better spent stocking the extremely empty shelves, which never have anything, so I don't know what on earth she was so worried about. Don't bother coming coming in if you are looking for anything to eat or drink. The shelves have been empty for months, and only seem to dwindle more as time goes on. Don't bother coming in in general, if this is how they treat the people walking in the store.

The pharmacy has gotten out of hand. Wait times for pick ups are insane. Multiple times now I have had to wait 25 + minutes when there were only two cars ahead of me. The customer service is also none existent.

Does not answer their phone! I received a voice mail to contact the pharmacist. Been trying to return call but for two hours have been in the phone tree of death for two hours.

Has worked very well for vaccines. Two stars because they never answer the phone. I am out of my prescription. I've reordered but no way to check status. There was an issue with a different pharmacy billing my insurance even though I didn't request a refill (so Rite Aid would not fill), and I have straightened that out but have been trying to call to verify Rite Aid will refill now but they never answer the phone. Website useless.

Some of the pharmacy staff is incompetent having to re- run prescriptions because they messed up and were trying to charge a co-pay when none were due. l also found said same staff judgemental and unwilling to acknowledge they messed up and apologize. Just kept about their business with their nose in the air. Also unaware of how to keep the line moving. Seemed to not care how long the line was or how long people were waiting for. Sometimes just plain rude.

Awful service. Waited for 10 minutes in drive through, rang buzzer multiple times, nobody even checked on me. Went inside, 3 customers ahead of me, took 20 minutes to get a statin for my wife. Pharmacists casually chatting with customers instead of dispensing drugs. No apology, no recognition of their poor service. Use a different pharmacy. Rite Aid doesn’t respect the value of your time!

This RiteA id sucks. The folks working outside the pharmacy are nice enough. The pharmacists are snippy. They also have a terrible phone service that rings and rings then returns you to the pushbutton recording hell over and over and over again. Simply hang up and try again later. Stupid system. How Rite Aid stays in business is a huge mystery.

I tried to go in for a Covid vaccine two weeks ago but the pharmacist turned me away because it had not yet been a year since my last dose (it had been 9 months). She asked if there was a reason why I wanted another vaccine and I said "because the number of cases are rising in Portland again." I am now very ill with Covid. Very frustrating when you try to be proactive and medical professionals turn you away.

They never answer their phone. I've been trying to contact them for over an hour to ask questions about my prescription. Not one answer. This has happened on multiple occasions.

Brandon’s customer service is phenomenal, not only did he take time to check the back and all of his store’s inventory, he found the exact location with the exact item needed. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore which makes Brandon and coming here an absolute pleasure. Thank you for being you Brandon!

I absolutely love larisa and the guy werking the register. They are some of the best werkers around. Super fast and caring, just how I am when it comes to customer service. I will always love this rite aid for them.

It’s 10:26am on Christmas Eve and the pharmacy is closed because the pharmacist never showed up and the store has no idea what’s going on. Hire better employees! Unbelievable.

I had my prescription switched from Walker rd Rite Aid to this location after having a not so great experience with the pharmacist and a huge delay in my refill. I spoke to Larissa(May have been Clarissa) the pharmacist and she was SO compassionate, understanding and helpful. My faith in humanity was restored just by how nice and helpful she was. Once my prescription was transferred it only took maybe 30 minutes to fill. Fast. Compassionate. Helpful. 10/10! I will be moving all my pharmacy needs to this location and drive the extra mile, no problem.
