Sitting AGAIN waiting for the pharmacy to open it was supposed to open at 9am but evidently the pharmacist makes their own hours so now we have to wait til they decide to show up this is the 3rd time I've been here over the past 2 months when they didn't show up on time

I love the pharmacy department. Ava is so good at what she does, and goes above and beyond her duties to help Rite Aid patients. The store is always very clean, and staff is always friendly. I love that you can go into this store, and to be treated like family instead of a regular customer. Very helpful too.

I have only ever seen one person working the counter at the pharmacy and she is wonderful. There are people who are good at their jobs and there are people who radiate kindness, she is both. That woman deserves a raise no matter what she’s making now. I wish I could do more than leave a good review. Thank you for all your help 💚

The pharmacy staff is amazing! They are all the way around nice, helpful, caring. I always have a good experience when I come to get my prescriptions.

Good customer service and a very convenient location.
Another store in the same complex was out of gallons of whole milk so I stopped by Rite Aid next door and it turned out I could redeem my points so I pretty much got free milk randomly because the cashier entered my number. It was literally the only thing I needed that day so it was pretty sweet.
They also have a good selection of Nicotine/Nicorette patches and it’s been one of the few places where I can get the 7mg Step 3 patches regularly.

Worst ever. On hold multiple times. After 5 minutes I was disconnected each time. Finally asked for general store and even then ten minutes later no response. Worst customer service. How are they in business.

I always get great service at this pharmacy. It's a well run business with nice people and easy parking. They have a comfy seated area if there's a short wait. The parking lot has 2000 spaces and even the front doors open by themselves. Wow. What are people complaining about here?
