This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The service is terrible, and slow. You notice the lack of love and desire to help and work.

I never write reviews, but this one seem necessary. I am NEVER able to reach this pharmacy by phone. It rings, goes back to the recording, you hit 3 again, it rings and goes back to the recording. I have previously been in distress with my asthma and tried to reach the pharmacy to get an urgent refill of my inhaler, and again was not able to reach the pharmacy. It seems that the phone is completely ignored. I have seriously never reached anyone by phone. This is VERY dangerous. Someone is going to die waiting for their medications, and this is not an exaggeration. This is sad because I have used this pharmacy for 10 years, and it is very close to my home. I can't even get through to have my medications transferred to another pharmacy! Someone needs to do something before there is a huge lawsuit.

The service here is incredibly slow. My prescription was submitted before noon, but when I arrived at 3 PM, it still wasn’t ready. When I asked the pharmacy tech for an estimated wait time, she told me it would take another two hours. In total, it took them five hours to process a single prescription. If you have other options, I recommend avoiding this pharmacy.

Scheduled for a vaccine appointment but ended up waiting 40 minutes past my time. I do understand being shorted staffed but with an appointment I shouldn’t have to wait this long.

They get the prescriptions right... when they get around to it. I don't know if they're ridiculously disorganized or way understaffed, but they don't fill prescriptions unless you physically go there to ask for it. And then be willing to come back an hour or three later. One time I let a non-urgent prescription sit for several days to see if they'd fill it and text me when it was ready. Nope. They only fill them if you either go there physically or leave them a voicemail before they open (they WILL NOT answer the phone during business hours). They're always super nice at the window and very apologetic, but yeah, this place has issues. If it wasn't the only drive-thru pharmacy in my neighborhood, I'd definitely go elsewhere.

They are so bad!!!! Worst ever!!!! They hang up on you, leave you on hold, or never answer their phone! They close their security door all the time to force everyone to either leave or wait an hour to even find out if they have your medication. Then after they say everything is good, they call you 6 hours later saying they don't have it!!!! Close this place down!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They are chronically understaffed. There is absolutely no way to get them to pick up their phone. You’ll call for 45 minutes straight and then they will hang up on you. Always long wait. Avoid if possible.

Horrible patient neglect do not answer the phone ever Continuously sending me back to the main menu Or hanging up on me, very rude never had a good experience here cannot wait until I can get my services somwhere else. Had to go a week more than once now off of my thyroid medication because they would not help me figure it out. Highly understaffed. But again, I’ll say it highly rude!
