Was banking since 2012.. Don't bank here. Don't want to help people . Charged me 100$ in Overdraft fees for transaction that were canceled. Eleazar Lopez Client Service Manager was not wanting to help me at all. I feel ripped off. Go to Chase Bank Of America or anything .. Just horrible

Let me tell ya what I love about this ATM --less bank...grab a cold one , sit back, and read MY little "STEVEN KING " - like horror story...in 2017 I had deposits in this bank totalling over $ 127,500. Which I maintained for several years, making the bank a couple a bucks for things such as mortgage interest and what have you. FF 6 years, I go to an ATM to check my balance after starting a new job ,and my balance dips below the zero mark from the ATM fee to see if my deposit had gone thru on payday . Couple weeks later I get a letter from my "on my side" community bank . And to my surprise I find I've been fined,, $ 5.00 per day or $ 150 a month, for checking my balance at a gas station ATM ( Riverview HAS no ATM, even at their gateway branch ...bank ) now , I'm losing two days pay per month. I'm so happy I chose a local business to get that small town good feeling for supporting a small....( Customer service ) oriented business. And as a bonus ! They are too cheap to pay someone to monitor a phone, and a computer to provide 24 hr cust. Service like most other banks do. Maybe my $ 150 a month loser fee will help pay for a human to answer the phone during closed hours, to help provide peace of mind to hard working people who sleep better when they know their money is still gonna be in their account when they wake up . Thanks, Riverscrew bank !!! I feel better already !

They apparently don't want customers. This has been happening for 3 years. The level of service is as bad as it can get. Today, enough was enough and I closed my account. Today there one other customer and myself in the branch. I waited 15 minutes just to make a withdrawal. FYI - This branch does not have an ATM. After about 5 minutes an employee came into the branch, saw me but went directly to a break room. After 10 minutes longer he came to the counter and acted as if he was doing me a favor by calling me to the counter. This isn't an unusual level of service for this branch over the past few years. At that point I decided to just close my account. It ended with the teller throwing my money on the counter along with a couple of sardonic comments. Don't do business with this bank. Several years ago it had a very good manager and delivered great service. Those days are gone.

Not open Saturdays. Doesn't have an atm. Online check deposit never works. How in the world am I supposed to cash my check?! Will be closing my account next week, this has been going on for far too long. Don't sign up with this bank

Riverview can do just about anything the bigger banks can, but with a much more personal, local touch. I've known the bank manager, Larry Schwartz, for over a year now and can say he is a man of great integrity. He cares about both his clients and the community at large.

This bank, not sure of which location, is financing a condo remodel job for $`1.4 million dollars. This loan will be re-assessed every five years meaning condo owners will be paying through the nose for this project. They are purposely putting owners in debt for 20 years. To pay off this loan my part of the interest is over $16,000 right now and could go higher. Paying part of the loan does not make a difference. I am still stuck for the entire interest portion. This is a horrible situation for condo owners.

Love the employees but the bank is Horrible! Will constantly overdraw you're account and charge you for being overdrawn. I owe $120 in pure overdraft fees . They will give you one overdraft fee cancellation and that's it. When you use your bank card, it does not show on your account .. it will wait a bit then start taking it out at a later time, yet you think your in the safe zone when your in deep sand. Save your time and the headaches. I do not recommend this bank.

When last manager Dean was at this location this institution was the best of the best, with Dean gone this location had the worst customer service especially the new manager Larry. No matter how many years of experience you may had you don't have any right to hang up a call or to make it personal. This Person need to practice Customer Service.

They still smell rustic and traditional though. ATM screen had a big bug on it tonight. His name is Ted. He really bugs me.
