Rock Paper Scissor is a wonderful little card, souvenir, and gift shop in Portland. It is a truly a gem and a must stop shop. The shop is stocked with the cutest and snarkiest cards, gift wrap, and unique gifts, including many Portland and Oregon items. There are hidden gem items everywhere, with all kinds of locally made goods from local artists. The selection is great, rotates, and is always full of great and really unique picks, all reasonably priced. The whole place is clean, well organized, and very fresh. The owner and shopkeeper are absolutely lovely, wonderful, and helpful, offering great customer service. They are kind, fun to chat with, and an absolute angel. Shopping small is so important here. If paper is your love language, or you need a unique present complete with the perfect sentiment, you will want to buy literally all the things.
