I'm so happy that I found Tracy to color and cut my hair with affordable price and perfect job after I've tried other places that cost more, but not as good as Tracy. She knows how to pick the right color and style to give you the best look. My mom and I had a lot of compliments every time we get our hair done. I have recommended my friends and coworkers as well and they are all happy and come back to Tracy more than one. I would recommend anyone to her with confidence. I also recommend to call and schedule her in advance to make sure you can get your hair done.

My son trated me to a hair day w no price tag Tracy cut 4 inches off my beautiful long hair I then got a perm I showed her the picture she insisted she can only do serial I did not want just beautiful bigger curls not kinky after pulling our the rods she noticed it wasn't taking then blamed medication people take at that point there should of been test strand done I found out after I called went in 2 days later my hair in almost all spots was straight she wanted to te perm it I was told by a family member who owns shop in California to absently do not let her re perm your hair it's to many chemicals and will fry your hair I couldn't believe after my son paid 145.00 to me coming home he said omg mom what happened to your hair I don't know if I can post pictures to you all I'm 56 years old and my hair is ruined w absolutely no computation for the damage she was very difficult to speak to I asked for the owner and was told owner will tell me no money back just do perm now I told her I'm recording this whole conversation to protect my self and I will be calling bbb as the board of cosmetology will be contacted I don't know if I can get an attorney but I'm sure going to look into it my medical driver this moring is Aferican American he walked in and was told she can not cut his to long and didn't know how I will be helping him w a complaint as well he to said omg your hair was so long too

Hair type: I had really long beatiful hair never permed or colored in many years Amost all Grey went in for a perm she cut 4 inches off and the perm did not work she wanted to re do a perm 2 days after the 1st one that would damage my hair so bad Tracy was not willing to refund or admit fault in damaging my hair It's so sad

Always get a great pedicure, never go anywhere else. Reasonable price and the deluxe is worth the extra cost

Don’t waste your time going here, went here 4 time calling ahead scheduling appointment going at my appointment time and ending up waiting an hour or more just for them to cancel. No communication with the customers at all. Even if you have an appointment they still take the walk ins before you so no point of scheduling an appointment. Still ended up waiting for an hour to cut my sons hair and when it was his turn I was told I still have to wait another 30 minutes. Unacceptable, this is not how you run a business.

I understand they take walk-ins and they get pretty busy. But they have to be transparent with time and appointments. They make you wait hours until they let you know the availability. Not fair for other customers. Last time coming to this business.

I've been going to Tracy for over a decade, and I can't praise her enough. Her color and highlights are fantastic! Tracy's passion for her work is evident in every appointment, and I always leave feeling beautiful. She goes above and beyond by not only making your hair look amazing but also helping you maintain its health and prevent damage. I highly recommend Tracy for her exceptional skills and dedication to her craft.
