Had to use the bathroom they don't let customers use the restrooms they said so I went to target instead. Got some great pillows and other stuff

The store is hit or miss as far as the merchandise that they carry however, their practices compared to other stores is a bit much. It feels really ghetto when you go into the store and they make you wait at the front for I’m not even sure what I think so that the camera can capture your image or something and then They also make you hang up your clothing and “” go through it “ it just feels like they are treating you like criminals like you are actively trying to steal something when you are just trying to shop. Most recently I went into the store and there was nobody at the fitting room area so I walked into a fitting room to try on the clothing. While I went back there, a security officer started banging on one of the other fitting room doors. When I came out and put the items I did not want away there was now an attendant and a security officer standing there. The lady wanted to check my clothes when I asked what she was checking for since she had never checked the clothing to begin with the security officer rudely interrupted saying “ She’s gotta check it. What do you mean? She’s doing her job” He was very rude and aggressive. I felt frustrated by the level of aggression I was experiencing and I said you know what never mind and the security officer was extremely rude again saying “ OK, bye” in a dismissive loud and rude tone. Overall, I would not go here again. It feels like there are better options like Burlington and TJ Maxx that don’t treat their customers like criminals and who don’t dismiss their customers when they ask questions.

They treat customers like criminals or cattle. Before walking in, they have a bouncer look you up and down to decide if you're allowed to come in to shop. It's disgusting. I won't be treated like that, so I'm going to shop somewhere more expensive to avoid it.

Going to Ross's is like going on a treasure hunt. You never know what you'll find. You better get it though if you want it cuz it might not be there again
