No bathroom for shoppers. When you walk in the doors you are told to wait at the front by a looming security guard blocking your path with no explanation and no welcome in. He just silently opens the fabric tape without saying anything. Cashiers are rude.

Fully staffed yet lines are long and they only have one person checking people out. YOU DONT NEED A DOOR HOLDER have them work cashier it's ridiculous

Avoid this place! A dozen uniformed security guards roaming around the store? Stopping while the door guard COUNTS on her fingers to 5 for “delayed entry security” purposes inside what is obviously a scanner. Slimmest stock of decent merch, sparse shelves, massive lines of people (and this on a Monday!) A typical Ross in quality, so why such high security for cheap stuff? Because people are stealing it so often that ROSS had to hire security! Clearly a bad part of Portland for retail. While the employees are clearly trying and are not at fault, there are other Ross places that are nicer without the massive negatives. Steer clear of this one.

Franchise owners selected poor managers. 30 mins in line due to only cashier being open, despite it being 4 on a week day. Shame because the people are nice and the selection really isn’t too bad.

This Ross is trash! There is absolutely nothing in there. There's literally like three brands that suck and that's all they have. Just save yourself the time and not go. The Ross in Longview Washington is great though. This one not so much.

Probably the most ran down store I've ever been too between all Vancouver and Portland. I felt icky just being there.
