I can't believe the dis respect this store treats certain people. I've spent over $1500 in about 4 months time an in those 4 months I was approached by management and asked to leave the store, I'd ask why an they would just say please leave the store. I'd b shopping, not doing anything an I'd be approached and asked to leave the store. Then I was inside with my brother and then asked him to leave the store an he told me as he was walking by me when I was in line paying and the lady walked up to me an asked me to leave the store also. Then the next time I came in they told me I wasn't allowed to come inside anymore. It hurt pretty bad as much as I went in there, I know the security guards well, 1 of them I consider a friend. It was wrong the way they treated me

Great deals and a good selection of all kinds of different merchandise my go to for my daughter's spiderman collection but they could be a bit more organized and less profiling for people with disabilities

Management is a joke. Grace who is a manager there is awful to employees. I've over heard her talking to one of the employees. If I was an employee I Couldn't handle it. How is it hard to Understand basic treatment of others? No one should have to deal with that Treatment. Ross you need to recognize this!! You've lost customers!!!

The staff was mean. We got a shirt frome Ross and we tried to return the shirt and thay said no more than 30 days. And we tried. And the shirt was 8$ and we only got 49 cent
