I have been a customer at this facility for two years. They are very customer oriented . They have rigid quality control standards and the units are clean and accessible . Much better than the corporation units have used in the past. No sketchy people hanging around

Don’t ever help someone pay for their unit at this place, once they take your card information they will take it upon themselves to take money out of your account without authorization…..even if you don’t actually rent from them ! They did it to me twice and STILL haven’t reversed the charges to My account. Horrible business practice .

I have always had good luck with Royal Mini Storage on Airport Way until they incorrectly billed someone else for my storage and then decided the way to fix it was to bill me for 3 months for 2 storages areas, which, by the way, has made me overdrawn, paying bank fees and all because of them. I am not a happy camper. Can't understand why the automatic billing was changed as it has been right for many months and then all of a sudden this happens. They also claim to have sent me an email and a letter that the monthly charge was going up - neither of which I received, guessing it went to the wrong account and address.
