Oops I did not technically visit the pharmacy here but I have used it before for my covid 19 vaccination (then went for a pedicure at the nail place a few suites down). I do not use this pharmacy because they do not answer their phone and I have to talk to a pharmacist most of the time to see if my prescription is in the store:-)

Not pleased by the service I’ve received.It takes them at least three days to get my prescription in so I have to keep calling every day to see if they have it yet or not. Which is tricky considering they only bother to pick up the phone a third of the time. Then, when my prescription finally comes in, they almost always have a line and spend over ten minutes per person. Just to go and grab that person’s prescription. They have two people working there and yet somehow can’t pick up the phone or serve people in a reasonable amount of time.

I love this Safeway pharmacy people. I visit them alot; unfortunately but they know me and are so sweet and pleasant. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Helpful and friendly pharmacists and staff. This has been my pharmacy for about 7 years and have never had an issue. They offer automatic refills and text reminders.

I was released from a rehabilitation center after breaking my leg. Mind you it was from a different town . I had to come stay with my daughter and thought problems would arise with my medication's. Went to this pharmacy handed them my packet from the rehab facility and they took care of everything!! Thank you! I do use Safeway pharmacy in my hometown too

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this pharmacy. They're incredibly patient and helpful, even when they're super busy. The pharmacists have answered my many questions over the years and I appreciate that they pay attention to my allergies, medication interactions, etc.

It’s sad to see this location is apparently in the process of closing. They no longer are stocking much in the meat section, produce was almost completely empty, along with deli section. Basically a ghost store at this point

They are all very helpful and do what they can to save the most $! They know my name and as soon as I arrive they start looking up my information! The text/phone call service is great, along with auto fill! They also are very knowledgeable about side effects or other medication questions. I consider them like friends or even family!

Nice stuff. The only downside I have, the reason I put a 1 star… this has happened numerous times. I gey get that they are super busy. I call in the morning when my meds be ready, “we are working with on it right now and will be ready for pickup after 2pm. I come after 2 or 3pm and it’s not ready. So frustrating! Then I’m asked if I would like to be notified by phone, i said no! The reason, even at times has get these notifications I drive to the pharmacy and I’m ask wither I got notified or not. I say yes! The reason I’m here to pick it up. Well I’m sorry can you wait? Sure why not. Again, it’s frustrating. Can’t win. Just go with the flow…..& breath….

Went for flu shot. Got my paperwork mixed up with another patient. While fixing the mixup they forgot about me and started seeing other patients. Staff obviously has poor attention to detail which is pretty important in pharmacy.

Out of my Rx, didn't notify myself or my doctor. Showed up later in the week and they were able to fill half of it, but missing the script for my needles (so I could not actually take my medication). They wouldn't call my doctor, instead handed me a post-it note with a list of information I needed to get for them, and no pen to confirm my own prescription.They kicked me out of line and had me go back and forth between two windows, at one point directing me to ignore social distancing protocol and stand within a foot or so of an elderly person on a motorized wheelchair. I tried to politely decline until they older person could exit comfortably, and the pharmacist snapped at me. During all this I had my name and details about what I was there for being shouted loudly, I'm positive the other's waiting in line were able to overhear most of the conversation.I wanted to try this place out as they are close to where I live, but I will not be back. Walmart has always prioritized my privacy, and treated me with kindness and dignity, well worth the extra commute time. This was honestly the worst pharmacy experience I have had in my life.
