Calls not answered after calling for over 2 hours straight to ask an important prescription question. This happens most days. The line to wait at the pharmacy is frequently to long to wait, especially if you can't stand more than 10-20 minutes. Please hire more qualified staff to help work flow and customer assistance/satisfaction. Thanks to the staff that are doing the best they can while under such tough conditions, we appreciate you all. I pray you get relief/extra help soon. Customer of 13 years.

Like many others have stated, my phone calls are almost never answered here when I need to coordinate important prescriptions. It's very frustrating to call 20 times within the first hour of opening with no answer. For something as important as medication the phone should be a reliable source of information, not a massive pain point.

They are horrible at answering the phone and almost never pick up when you call for important prescription coordination. Is their ringtone just turned off or what? Completely unreliable and frustrating

Don't order your cakes here! We ordered a birthday cake in advance 24 hrs, like they asked. They called the morning of the birthday and said they couldn't do it. The lady was extremely rude..plus thier cakes are dry.

The store is very nice except for the pharmacy line. First time I stood in line for over an hour in the second time there is supposed to be back at 2:00 from lunch and they didn't open the window till 20 after 2. They had us waiting then send the girl says let me go clock in. Others in line were complaining and some even ended up leaving.

The pharmacy staff is professional and friendly. They are also chronically understaffed which makes for a bit of a wait sometimes. I doubt the staffing levels are decided by the pharmacy staff, they have to struggle with the workload.

Hours are not followed. Pharmacy never opens before 2:10-2:15pm in the afternoon

The awesome workers here are always friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to find discounts and get you the best price.
But on the other hand, this pharmacy has seemed understaffed for several years (probably a corporate issue) considering how long the line can get in the afternoons (if I go after 2pm, it can be a 20-30 minute wait). They have two windows but only one is ever open. Convenient if you live or work nearby, or if you have shopping to do, but maybe not the quickest place to get your prescription filled otherwise.

Custumer service exactly like rest of the store. Horrific. I go there and ask them to have my meds ready for next day. They say yes. I get there. Wait in line. Abs is not ready. They have the nerve to ask me to step aside and wait even longer while they help other customers. NO I CANNOT!!!! Get my neds ready that I've been waiting a day for. This is every time. The only reason I switched here is because they were cheaper and my insurance stopped covering it. But their pills didn't even work. At all. They are selling sugar pills like a thug on the street. I had to get my meds filled elsewhere. This is the same exact service you will get in this entire store. I've never seen any store of any type ran so bad in every single department.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but the pharmacy is too small and understaffed. There are times, especially late in the day, when the line gets very long.
