Usually try to avoid writing reviews but I can’t avoid it at this point. Highly suggest using another Safeway if you choose the pick up service. The very first order I picked up here got delayed TWO days in a row and then the third it took forever for them to take my groceries out to my car. I did receive a $25 credit for the inconvenience but that experience will speak for all going forward. Times after, my order will come out 15-20 minutes after I noticed the app I’ve arrived. My last and final time picking up my order here was 6/11. I had made an order on 6/10 around 10am for a 6pm pick up. Well 5:30 comes around and they just finally started picking my items and wasn’t done until 6:17 and I had already left the area so I decided to pick up the next day (6/11). Once again notify the app I’m here. Ten minutes later the manager comes out with no groceries apologies that my order may have been given to someone else. At that point I just requested a refund. The workers who do pick up need some improvements. I mainly pick up from Safeway on Lovejoy who do an absolutely amazing job but come around Cornell for work. Just overall annoyed and learned my lesson not to trust this store.

First off, I absolutely hate going to the grocery store. Everyone is always so crabby and miserable. I had to give a shout out to checker Sri. He provided pre-Covid customer service by GENUINELY asking “how’s your day”. Nothing over-the-top, just somebody who you can tell is a good person and still believes in customer service and doesn’t act like you are a complete inconvenience. He gets 5 stars.

I know Safeway has been around for a long time pretty much old l buildings not taken care or maintained almost every Safeway I go to. The one on Cornel road it’s so disgustingThe restrooms are a disaster. It’s almost 9 o’clock in the morning, both of the stalls have no toilet paper . No paper towel to dry your hands. It’s just unbelievable.
Hopefully someone that cares takes care of this matter.
Again, this is every Safeway, all lack on maintaining their buildings, especially their bathrooms

The pharmacy Leads like to play power trips and they have and have fill in pharmacist who dont know how to do there job. Very Dangerous.

I placed a pickup order at this location and it was done 50 minutes early. I have tried to pick up at the Beaverton location on Murray. As I live in Beaverton and they are always out of items or the order 3 to 4 hours late or not completed at all. On 2 occasions I have had to go inside and help them finish my order. So to see that my order was so quickly done and professionally handled is amazing. I'll go out of my way to make this my store.

I'm new to this state and this Grocery store is the closest to my new address. I'm sorry I don't mean to be critical, but I felt very unwelcome in this particular Safeway store. It was very noticeable the employees seemed tense and rushed in doing their jobs. Call it a vibe I picked up on, but I asked a few simple questions in regards to club cards to shop there. You think I was asking them to pay for my groceries. All I got was rushed answers like don't bother me old man. It was not my imagination the store comes across as very rude and I honestly don't want to go in there again. However I don't think I'm going to have much choice in Grocery sores near me. So I guess I will add. You speak to me rudely again I won't be as considerate of your employees again. I will March right to Safeway Management and complain.

I was waiting 10 minutes at guess service and when someone finally came out to help me, I didn't know how to use the computer, I wasted half an hour waiting so that in the end they could never help me

Bad customer service. A skinny thin lady was rude to me. She wasn’t professional talking to me.
I was there to pick up the groceries i bought online. Maybe she doesn’t like the fact that she needed to do someone else job.
