Every time I come here after work I hear the same guy doing stock work complaining about how many customers are in there and why they’re not doing other things on Friday nights or the weekend. My only time to shop is after work because I’m a full time healthcare worker. I came in at 9pm so it wasn’t even that late in my opinion. Super unprofessional and off putting for customers to hear the workers complain about shoppers! Get a different job if you don’t want to be around people!

Tried getting cash back with Apple Pay like I’ve done at other Safeways, not all but some, and I was trying to purchase a PayPal debit card with my cash app card in my apple wallet. I know…Anyway it didn’t work and the store clerk said that Safeway only charges credit three apple wallet at their stores. When I informed him that that wasn’t true, he took a stab at making me feel stupid and argued that it was and I left.

I shop at this store not only for personal reasons but also for my work (I do instacart) and I have to say this store is always messy and out of a lot of needed items. The staff is sometimes rude

The Pharmacy is a disaster. Disorganized. One person can find my order in the system, other staff members cannot. The ones on the phone know what they are doing. The ones in store haven't a clue.I'm not going to keep driving 25 minutes round trip, waiting in line, all to sit there and watch an employee stumble to figure out her job.If all your department does is fill scripts, how can you not know how to do that?SMH. They are the cheapest for my meds. I guess you get the service you pay for. I'll pay more and go elsewhere.

I had the worst experience at this Safeway today. While shopping, I bought some round green beans. After checkout, I found out that they charged me $8.00 for the green beans that cost $2.00. I went back to check, and My eyes did not deceive me. I headed to the customer service to get back the $6.00. When I first got there, the employee was giving me the impression that I was trying to trick them. She was questioning me and talking in a condescending way, without checking the price or looking at the green beans, as If I was doing something wrong before they finally had a closer look and saw that I was charged for French green beans ($8.00) not round green beans ($2.00). During the process, she also sounded impatient. In the end, I got the $6.00 back; however, I feel like she was discriminating against me because I am Asian. Also on that day, I was wearing a mask because I just recovered from Covid, and I want to protect the people around me. I feel that the employee saw this and started making judgements. I won’t be coming to Safeway again.

This is a hard one. The Safeway employees at this store are unfailingly sweet and courteous, a real joy to deal with. The selection is reasonably good, the quality is about like you'd find in any mega grocery chain, or a bit better. So I'd give the employees 5 stars, selection/quality 3 or 4 stars.Where this store fails, though, is in accessibility and organization. They replaced many of their handicap parking spots with reserved parking for order pickup. I need handicap parking, but the chances of finding an open space among the few remaining handicap spots is low during popular shopping times. I've given up trying to go there at all on the weekends.Second, the store organization is terrible. I shopped there yesterday and had trouble finding many common items on my shopping list. Cheeses can be in five different locations, lunch meats in three. My partner wanted Slim Jims; I could find similar items in end caps, the meat department, chips aisle, or seasonal and obvious brand displays, but no Slim Jims. Turns out they're only kept in SOME of the checkout stations.I trooped through four different aisles multiple times, looking for ziploc freezer bags. They're not with paper plates, paper towels, dry goods, household goods, or even, as one employee suggested, clearance goods or "aisle 15." They are, in fact, tucked at the end of the aisle with cake mixes and spices, because they are "food storage."Clearly, somebody has gone 'way overboard with innovative impulse displays. Those are great to SUPPLEMENT normal product displays, but a shopper should always have a (logically labeled) aisle where they can view, compare, and select from ALL similar products in inventory. Failing that, this store might want to install kiosks or set up a mobile app that says "freezer bags are on the far left end of aisle 14."Mentioned this to my partner when I got home last night. His response: "Now you know why I never shop there--it takes me three times as long to find anything."

I am so tired of this store. Prices are artificially inflated, often times to over double other stores and listed as "buy one get one". I can also get almost twice as much for the same price elsewhere. The clientele seems to reflect the store, never seen more entitled Karens in one place. I used to go here for quick trips on my way home but no more... No idea how this place can be as busy as it is

Great location. Open til 1 am which is perfect and very convenient. This is one of the larger Safeways so there is a good selection of goods.

This is my favorite Safeway to shop at. Close to work, and situated in a nice little strip mall. That includes ice cream and several other dinner options.

This Safeway overcharges me for something every time I shop. As much as $20 on one trip. They are terrible about getting prices correct in the computer. I'm tired of it and not going back. Prices are better at Fred Meyer anyway.

I like my Safeway! It's convenient, right on my way home from work so I don't have any detours.I don't shop for a lot of varied items, but what I do shop for seems to always be in stock. The store is ALWAYS clean and attractive.I would like to see more employees out on the floor, but that's a malady shared by nearly all corporate stores of every kind. ?The Safeway app is WONDERFUL! Sure, like anything, you need to play around with it a bit to see what it will do, and learn how to clip coupons and look up the locations of items and the like, but with a little effort comes a LOT of rewards! ?

Not a bad one here , coffee inside. Store is well organized. There is plenty of prepared food ,actually more than other grocery stores , easy access from 26 . Will definitely hit this one before going further west .
