Don’t go this Safeway pharmacy, the front desk lady pick up order. Is so rude and unhelpful… I rather make extra drive to go different Safeway to get simple refill for nausea. Worst customer

All I can say is the staff is amazing over all my time with living down the street... especially today when Jada helped me move multiple flower arrangements for me to get the huge 5 foot bear balloon for Valentine's Day for my lil 3 year old granddaughter (it was the 5 minute omg that most employees of places would hate me ?). It looked like a display, but had the price tag, and she was so awesome (like she always is when I checkout) and helped me on my mission to make a awesome Valentine's morning for my lil Elyza and my daughter. Jada... you are truly awesome ❤️ Thank you! Happy Valentine's Day truly!

As a local, I really wish my wife and I could shop at the closest store to us without issues, but that seems to be impossible for the Safeway on King rd. We were just scolded by a rude employee while in the self checkout lane and were told we were not allowed to use it again if we had more than 15 items. We had 17 items, and our cart wasn't even filled halfway. Confused, we asked where the sign is for that the employee proceeded to point at the express lane sign 2 isles over. We said if that's the case for self checkout, then there needs to be obvious signs stated as so. She then proceeded to be sweet as pie to the men next to us and continue to stare and watch our every move until we finished paying and left. This experience makes me never want to return, and I will make sure I spend 140 dollars somewhere else next time.

It is strange to me that in an environment where customer service is essential you all keep a jerk like Vic as leadership. He’s rude disrespectful ignores people has no report building skills looks like he hates the world never smiles is really just a person you would expect to encounter at the DMV. You all really need to rethink the type of people you hire and put in management they are the face of your company and the duties and his face said get out stay away I hate everything get away you bother me it ducks is the closet store thank goodness they are opening the whole food’s so tour people who are sick of the service at Safeway have somewhere else to shop

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!!! Someone is stealing the card information and spending all the money. Safeway will refer you to work with Visa to dispute the charges, which can take up to 90 days. Christmas was ruined for my mother, who bought several Visa cards as gifts and all of them were at a zero balance. Now she is out hundreds of dollars with no guarantee that she'll get any money back, it's up to Visa to investigate. Safeway takes no responsibility for selling compromised products. They need to secure them from thieves and help out there loyal customers. Do better Safeway.

Great location, and great staff, and this location keeps its shelves, fridges, and freezers full at all times! Rarely do I ever find empty shelves at the King Rd. Safeway!

This store is a joke, everybody is rude even the Starbucks lady. The self checkout lady was so busy gabbing about a lady's twin babies and she looked right at me when I was waiting with my 4 year old for the locked bathroom and went back to her convo. I had to wait for someone to come out to grab the door. I know babies are more important than my rambunctious 4 year but why lock the bathroom if you have to wait forever to get let in, ridiculous. If I didn't live so close I would never come here, Fred Meyers is cheaper and more professional.

Management needs to teach their cashier's how to count back change. My bill was $34.90 and Minna was completely stumped when I handed her 100 bill. It LITERALLY says on her screen what change I get back, but she had zero communication about it. Try interacting with your customers! You can't always be blanked faced and rely solely on computers to do your work for you.
