I tried multiple times to make an appointment online and despite their system saying someone would contact me to confirm, no one ever did. So I called them and they told me that they'd have plenty of mechanics on hand in the morning and to bring the car in then.
I came in just before 9 AM (they said to arrive ideally between 8:30 and 9) and they again confirmed they had plenty of mechanics on hand and it'd be done quickly.
Well, it took them 3 hours and 40 minutes to finish the job.
In talking to the person who took my payment, he said that they actually DIDN'T have a lot of people on hand, contradicting what everyone else there had told me, and then he told me they didn't even take appointments! I told him he needs to tell his website that, because their website was sure happy to take appointment requests from me. He had no answer to this.
Then he told me that if I wanted a quick oil change, I shouldn't be bringing it to a mechanic anyway! Who says such a thing to a customer? Especially when the whole reason I came in was because the company sent me a flyer for a discount on an oil change??
None of this is acceptable. I've gotten a fair amount of work done here, but won't ever be coming back. And I don't recommend anyone else come here, either, until they figure out all this nonsense out and their website stops dishonestly taking appointment requests. Ridiculous.

I have talked to the customer service corporate office at least 5 times. Left a review. Requested a call back. Have not heard anything. To me it appears Sun Auto Tire and Service only is concerned with their rating. Not solving problems.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation and was impressed with the folks behind the counter, they were friendly and helpful. I'll be coming back again when it's time for my next service!

Came in with a slow leak at 7am. Left 2 hours later with a slow leak. Was never told how long it might be.
Half the staff didn't show up and they were unable to do the job needed in a timely fashion. My advice is if you get a flat here. . Use your spare or prepare for the long haul.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are a scam. Not only did they lie and say I required additional service which another shop proved was a lie, they overfilled my AC so badly it cracked my expansion valve and O-rings and completely destroyed my AC system. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND
WILL NOT REPAIR YOUR CAR!!

I had a great experience here! I came in with a slowly leaking tire. Jeremy and the other service advisor present were really helpful in understanding the options I had, explained the patch they could do and how it compared to other types, and showed me options for replacing all of my tires. Based on the tread depth it wasn’t necessary to replace all of them now and now I understand how much time the service takes and money it will cost when it reaches that point.
