Great experience, stellar customer service and a good price.
We're about to have the interior walls of our house repainted and couldn't bear the thought of moving furniture and stacking boxes of books into our undersized garage rendering it unusable for weeks. We pass by Security Public Storage on our daily walks, so I decided to pop in and investigate. Gavin, the onsite manager, was awesome. Walked me through the process and showed me the facility, talked about their safety record and clearly explained what I could expect and the pricing. Came back the next day and rented a small space and couldn’t be happier. It’s easy to access and use, the price is great, especially for the relatively short duration we’ll have it, and feels very secure. Highly recommend SPS to anyone who needs a little extra storage space with built in peace of mind.

I recently consolidated my storage units and had a great experience with Gavin at security storage. His help finding the right size units and syncing due dates made my moving process much more manageable. As I often misplace keys, I particularly appreciate the ease with which they can relace lost locks on the spot. Furthermore, the property is always clean and secure and has a dolly readily available for heavy items. If tackling a moving project independently, this is a great company to lend a helping hand, literally and figuratively.

I’ve been with Tina, Max, and Gavin and Security Public Storage for a few years now and have had nothing but a great experience. They always call to help make sure I don’t have late payment. They keep the bathroom squeaky clean, and their lobby is stocked with chilled water and Keurig coffee. The facility itself has always felt super secure and the temperature control has never made me worry about the sensitive electronics I have in storage. I can’t recommend them enough.

Security Public Storage in NW Portland (on Vaughan Street) is great. The place is meticulously clean and super secure, fenced off and security cameras everywhere which are monitored at the front desk. I've had things there for two years, and I downsized to smaller, less expensive units twice with virtually no notice. The staff is cheerful and gets things done. Storing can be tough but SPS makes it easy.
