I went in today to get help with makeup and hopefully get a new spring set (gloss, mascara, eye pallets, etc). Everyone seemed busy so I waited in line to have someone help me (I only had a stock question). I got to the front and asked about a product and I was rushed to the area where it was clearly out of stock.
Once taken there the woman turned around and walked away so I waited in line again to ask if it would be back soon because I have an event coming up and will be traveling.
She started talking to me while her back was turned so 25 minutes later and I’m leaving with no help or products.
It’s worth the drive to the Sephora in clackamas just to get someone kind to help.

Received an incredible 75 minute Beauty Lesson from Thaisha. She carefully walked my sister and I through how to apply my wedding makeup to get the “natural” look I going for. She asked the right questions to personalize the advice and products. Honestly, I looked great after the tutorial and I wished I could fly her to NY for my wedding :) But now I feel confident my sister and I can make me beautiful on my big day because of Thaisha’s help!

I go here pretty often for skin care and lashes but today I was followed around by an older Karen with blonde curly hair…. Told her twice I didn’t need a basket as I was only carrying two things but she insisted on following me to the counter. I was wearing a full face of makeup today and dressed nicely btw I am heavily tattooed and have facial piercings. so she saw that and decided that was enough reason to harass me. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing behavior, one of her male coworkers even apologized that I was being watched and asked if I was okay. Do better, it costs a lot of money to have tattoos and piercings.

Took my mom to get makeup & Marica helped us. She was so helpful & compassionate because my mom has been ill and not feeling great about herself. Marica helped us pick a makeup that was perfect & my mom felt great when we left. Thanks!

I was on my own. Associate provided MINIMAL help. Will order on line next time. As I am over 30, I felt ignored. Could have spent a ton more. A lot more. Understand your demographic.

This Sephora is located right next to the Nike store. The employees are nice and friendly, really welcoming. They offer minnie makeovers for free. There are plenty of makeup brands and favorites.

after years of hits and misses, i finally feel happy with my makeup, and how my makeup highlights my individual beauty. with the guidance of team member Alex, I believe i have finally found my makeup HOLY GRAILS. I thought the problem was me this whole time but NO, I just needed the right suggestions based on my needs! Since getting help from alex, I have saved lots of money, time, energy, and my makeup looked 99.9% better overnight! IKR? Who can ask for more? They helped me get the sephora credit card which honestly I realized now, is so worth getting as a regular sephora customer in that I got a big discount upon signing up, as well as cash back on products I will continue to buy anyway from sephora. Oh well, I am glad I signed up with Alex specifically!! They pointed me in the right direction of all the deals and perks I have within my reach and explained everything with clarity, patience, care, and expertise. This is NOT in any way a paid or fake review!! I know hard, good work and expertise when I see it and I cannot walk away not letting management, and every other customer know about this! If you go in to sephora, ask for Alex!! You will be so pleased with the results! And also, sign up for the card with them! They really deserve the recognition! Btw, I hope management sees this and PLEASE give Alex a raise or promotion to management!! They are a rockstar and deserve it! ? ????

Fantastic experience here! My unusual color of eyeliner was discontinued and running low. I was greeted when I entered, explained the issue and showed my old product to the employee. Within five minutes, he'd shown me two suitable options and I had paid and was done. It seems like these days so many people are bad at their jobs so I appreciate it so much more when people are awesome instead. Couldn't have asked for better! They know their stuff!
