Worst experience ever. I paid with WeChat, but their system wasn’t working. Instead of checking properly, the staff treated me like I was trying to scam them and insisted I pay again. I even had to call my husband to witness everything because they wouldn’t listen. Only then did they finally call the manager, who solved the issue. It was so stressful and humiliating. Absolutely unacceptable.

Everyone there was SO dang kind. I was so nervous to go in there without a lick of makeup on because I’ve been judged at ULTA (lol) and everyone was so helpful! The girl who helped me was so kind and so helpful and didn’t pressure me into buying something more expensive but was honest with her recommendations! I forgot her name because I suck with memory but she was the sweetest and she had blue eyeshadow on. Sephora was the best job I’ve ever had years back and you can tell the employees love their job and have fun doing it. I’m glad the happy vibes are still there! Thank you for being so kind to me! 🥰

There are about 2 or 3 great employees here. Experienced poor customer today at Sephora. The employees were not only rude, but also openly talked about other customers in front of me — completely unprofessional. I was patiently waiting for a staff member and a group to move when she turned to me and said, “You need to use your words and say ‘excuse me.’” I found that incredibly disrespectful, especially since I was being polite.
The employee in particular stood out for her bad attitude — a larger woman with braids who seemed more interested in hiding behind all her makeup than offering any genuine customer service. Overall, the staff acted like they were annoyed to even be there, let alone help anyone. Disappointing

I don't really shop here (have bought hair product occasionally) but come in often with others and have always been impressed with the customer service. James specifically is always so helpful, but the rest of the staff is also very friendly and knowledgable. I appreciate how well staffed this place is too.

It was a super busy Sunday and I came in looking for a lipstick. I didn’t know the name of it but I knew the brand and I had a photo of me with it on. One of their make up artists (?) took one look at it and automatically found the perfect match!!! I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was really good!! I also got help from a young man on color correcting and how to prevent eyeliner from smearing. Definitely recommend!

Making this review solely based off of Jocelyn. She stands out in the best way possible. When I talk to her, it doesn’t feel like I’m just interacting with a worker —it feels like I’m talking to a real person who genuinely cares. She’s not just there to do a job; she brings warmth and authenticity to every interaction. She’s generous and gives the most she can. That kind of kindness and attentiveness makes all the difference. She’s an absolute gem!

So, to start off...
My son was caught stealing here, and I wanted to do the right thing by taking him in, making him return all the stolen items and apologize. I also asked if I could record for documentation purposes. Teaching my child integrity and accountability right? When I walked in, I was greeted and I kindly asked if I could speak to a manager so she took me over to a guy named James who has possibly cheetah print tattooed on his face? I was being friendly, explaining him the situation, now, mind you, prior to him knowing why I was there he was very friendly and as soon as I explained myself, his ENTIRE attitude towards us shifted and he was dismissive from that point, went and got an assistant manager to handle my situation (???) when he walked through the store he looked over at us and shot dirty looks (WOW!) I didn't appreciate the sassy attitude at all. He treated me and my child like we were awful criminals, um hellooo I'm making him return the items and apologize in PERSON for what he did. Now, the assistant manager came and talked with me, I explained to her the situation again, she reminded me that my son was trespassed from the store (I completely forgot about that) so I got straight to the point and returned the stolen items, and told my son to apologize to her. Her name is Kara (Cara?) she was very friendly and professional, she kept a smile the entire time. She heard what I had to say and was very respectful and mindful, she listened to my son's apology and didn't treat him any less.
Now, I know stealing is wrong and an apology doesn't fix his actions at all, but it helped him learn that being held accountable speaks volumes and hopefully he never steals again, but to treat a child so awful and rude, what the F? James, you need to practice your customer service skills, and your assistant manager should definitely take your position as Manager because you have no idea how to treat people.

They always have a lot of staff. My only complaint is trying to get around the people. They like to switch up the displays.

Salesperson was completely reliant on their AI face scanning tool to help me find my shade of concealer. When the tool suggested a shade that was way too dark (I think maybe it was picking up some of my freckles), I asked her if she could help me the “old fashioned” way by just looking at my face, and she looked at me like a dear in headlights. I left and went to Benefit at Macys where they were friendly and very helpful.

Samantha L is amazingly talented! I went to her to get my makeup done for my engagement shoot at the coast. I am terrible at doing my own makeup. I wear pretty basic foundation and eye makeup everyday. The thought of even touching my brows or contouring makes me nervous. Samantha did everything so perfectly! I felt so great! She was very kind and professional. I was honestly very relaxed the whole time. She really knows her stuff. Will definitely go back in the future for any makeup needs!

Joshlyn was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond with helping me! She was kind, personable and professional. She understood the complexities of color matching, especially as a person of color. I live about 25-30 minutes from this location and only 5 minutes from the Tanasbourne location, but I would absolutely drive all the way out to this location just for her help! She knows her stuff.

I walked in greeted by a gal at the front who got a salesclerk on the floor to assist me. Got what I was looking for in less than 5 minutes made my purchase and left happy.
