Oregon law dictates that an attendant must be available to pump gas during all open hours. I've been to this location twice, and both times there has not been one. Today I walked into the store to ask why no one is available to pump gas, and was told by the rude cashier that they were short-staffed. There were literally THREE employees behind the counter, two of whom were doing nothing. I reported them. If this happens to you, report it to the local fire marshal, who is in charge of enforcing the new law.

Plenty of pumps but even though they are labeled as “full service”, there is no one there to pump. For those who are disabled or simply prefer this method, you may want to remove this station from your rotation.

Decent customer service not too fast but not too slow in gas station and prices are averagely high considering inflation .

The guy at the gas station who is supposed to pump the gas is useful. He doesn’t pump gas. He talks on his phone the whole time, like doing nothing.

Don’t expect full service help. I wish Oregon would go back to the full service law.

Ka'ena working the register inside was a bright light of a human being who alone makes me happy at the thought of returning for some snacks and gas, i'd say

Bad service from the gasoline dispenser.
I asked for $60.00
He programmed the pump, went off to serve other customers, completely forgetting my order.
The pump marked $60.00 and the dispatcher continued talking to other customers.
So I had to wait a few minutes to see if he would come back and he didn't.
I had to remove the handheld dispenser by myself and the employee never noticed what time I left there.
Incredible to see that ?

Love supporting the local businesses and this is one that just really helped me with a lot of grace and kindness. Cliff was wonderful to work with and while we were looking for bagged ice a gentleman named Greg came around the corner and offered his hand to assist the two of us with the request. I broke my collarbone this afternoon and they assisted me when I needed it the most. Thank you for your support, grace and kindness. It’s nice to be seen and so I return the favor to you, it’s nice to see you both as well and I give you a debt of gratitude that is beyond measure! Thank you beyond beyond beyond

If the gas station attendance for any less confident we'd be in Idiocracy. I wouldn't ask them for anything specific and if you need anything I would go inside where they are a little more competent. I'm so tired of them not paying attention and then holding more like everybody's got a million dollars in the bank. Some of us like to eat, and we have to get gas on the way. I wouldn't stop here..

Rarely buy gas in inner city locations because the prices are so much higher. Even though I live downtown, I buy gas when I'm out of the city running errands. But sometimes i forget to fill up and out of necessity will stop here. It's a large station, right on SE Grand, with wide entry and exit, a rarity fir city gas stations. Attendants are friendly and get the job done. I've never gone into the food mart so can't comment on any experience there.
