Male worker insisted on hovering over me telling me how to navigate the screen when I politely said I was good and didn’t need help multiple times.
I accidentally was on full service, he felt the need to walk all the way back to me to tell me this. Thanks?

Refused service of liquor, I’m super polite and make sure I’m always aware of my self in the US(I’m from Canada BC) when showing my ID I was told by the manager at that point in time that I need my passport to buy liquor. When I asked if it was a location policy because I haven’t been turned down by my other 2 IDs (drivers license, health card), she told me that was the case in all of Portland. However when I looked through the Oregon state legislature I found nothing saying anything but a valid drivers license that hasn’t expired within 5 years whether it be from the United States, or the provinces of Columbia(B.C). I hope this is a learning experience for other Canadians going here so they don’t have the same experience.

Don’t expect full service. They just stare at you while you wait, waiting for you to do it yourself. 3x now.

Sooo rude. I've been treated like trash multiple times, even tho I love a block away and shop there almost daily sometimes. (Reluctantly, at this point). And don't EVER sign up for rewards program. Biggest, most useless waste of my time EVER. took hours out of my life, and had never saved me a single PENNY. I try to put my number in, which I can't because the options are TINY, the dude just walks off and leaves my screen frozen. Helps someone else. Like I want to sit there all night. WHAT A JERK. omg. Wow.

Called to ask if they would help my wife fill a tire with air because she had a baby in the car and the guy told me to drive out there and do it myself. I asked if they had gas attendants to help her and the guy said it wasn’t there responsibility. Not sure what happened to common decency and willingness to help people but these guys don’t care.

Not open 24 hours. Ended up stranded downtown after work until the nearby Shell opened at 4 AM.
