Avoid this place if you can. 98% sure that the owner is putting scammers on the pumps. They refuse to allow self-service even though the state requires it. Person who was working tried to fight with me when I tried to put gas in my car

DONT USE CREDIT CARD!! Cashier fakes not being able to speak good English but steals your card info. At the ATM and card reader. Two separate card readers one for regulars and the other for people he wants to scam.

The attendant was rude and did not care at all about helping me. They honest need to make all pumps self service since the attendant is checked out and absent!

Just now I went to shell to get some drinks with my kid. We go here often over the past 10 years. Tonight when checking out my kid was looking at some of the toys they have by the register when a voice came on a camera / loudspeaker and asks if we plan on to play for the toy my kid was looking at. My kid is autistic and this really scared and upset him. Please make sure people are actually stealing by accusing them of that.seriously last time we go in there. Sadly we like the staff and all but man that’s no good Willy. Please know this will cost you customers

just an hour ago, i experienced an insanely racist transaction. i bought a 6 pack of coronas, a vape and some fig newtons at 12:30 am. i paid $45 in cash and proceeded to exit. i was barred from leaving and told to empty my pockets because i “stole a candy bar” according to whoever was yelling through the cameras (mind you i am a short black woman so you can visualize this). i was wearing a trenchcoat and jeans so it took a while to dig everything out of my endless pockets but i OBVIOUSLY did not steal anything nonetheless a candy bar. once i completely took everything off my person and handed over my coat to the cashier so he can look for himself, he just shrugged at me. i left incredibly infuriated and will now never come back to my neighborhood convenience store. how dehumanizing. will be filing a formal complaint to the franchise owner and corporate. you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

I needed to put my card in myself because I was a victim of credit card theft off a gas pump skimmer in the past. Guy comes up even though Im not doing my own gas and refuses to let me have gas after I explained I dont give out my credit card due to this past theft. Puts a 150 dollar hold on my bank account why?

Gas pump attendant swore and yelled at me for pumping my own gas, threaten to fight me, and then slammed my gas flap shut, while my 3 year old was in the back seat. NEVER GO HERE!!
