My coworker Alexandra went here this morning and was berated by the store attendant. It was a man who works there and she does not have good vision so she did not see the small sign saying service only. They had a large sign saying self-service and she only saw that sign, instead of being understanding the man working called her disrespectful and told her to go somewhere else. She barely made it to work because she didn't have any gas in her car, this is not a way to treat customers they should be ashamed of themselves

I specifically told the gas station attendant that I wanted my gas purchased by debit with my pin. He took my card and he immediately bypassed my pin. I now have a hold on all of my money in my account….. And it’s been a day and they’re telling me 30 days maybe….
That is horrible horrible customer service they have this big, no self-serve posted but then they don’t even serve you correctly.
I will never go here again

Everybody who works here is very friendly and helpful. They only do full-service (no self-pump) which I really like since I’m a disabled driver. With so many stations going half-service, whether labeled or not, these folks are 100% dependable to get you back on the road. Best gas station in SE Portland.

I should be able to pay for gas at the pump or pay inside of the store, but when I arrived at the pump, a man approached my car and insisted that I pay at the pump. When I said that I preferred to pay the cashier he said that I couldn’t go inside and pay. I said I can’t go inside and pay for my own gas? He said no, the payments are the same inside or outside. So I drove away. I found this transaction to be very strange and stressful to say the least because I really need to get gas and now I have to go find another gas station because even though I could have given the guy my payment, it just really irritated me that he said I didn’t have a choice. Of course I have a choice!

Came here becuase my van was on E and the attendant proceeded to get very aggressive with me over pumping my own gas. I understand they have signs that say no self service but when the attendant is having a 5min conversation I’m going to pump the gas. He decided to stop me from doing it 2x and than tried saying because I attempted 2x I can’t get gas. I’ll admit I got pissed, yelled at him and just dropped the gas nozzle on the ground. He speaks Spanish primarily and could not explain why they are so defensive over pumping gas. They cannot deny you from pumping your own gas, even with a sign they still cannot. I really am blown away with how much aggression I received over simply trying to pump my gas. He handed me this during our altercation. During this dispute 2 other people were getting their own gas and he ran towards them telling them to stop. It’s just very odd. Won’t use them again.

Great local gas station. I'm not sure if it's locally owned but it definitely has that feel. During the holiday months, one of the station attendance hands out candy canes which is a great touch. I don't believe they allow self-service, so if you don't feel like getting out of your car and allowing someone else to pump your gas, this is the place for you.
Service is always great and with a smile. I have been there many times over the years and have nothing but good things to say.

No one was around at 10:30 am. No public restrooms. Homeless people were hanging around too.

The clown running the cash register watched me start to pump my own gas while he and 2 employees were talking. Then when I insert my card he un-bothers himself enough to tell me they are closed. Yet someone of the same ethnicity was pumping gas. Great to see that people come to America to make a life but are rude to the people from this country.

You cannot pump your own gas here which you think is technically now illegal that they are doing this still.
