Says 24hrs but do not be fooled. Got here 11pm pumps are all on, accepted credit card and only pumped .12 cents of gas before it decided to stop working?? leaving me stranded in the parking lot.

The guy said it is not allowed to do the self service, I gave the guy $45 ,and he said you do the rest part by yourself then he went away, when it finished, it showed $43! What the hell?

On 5/12/2025 at 12:21pm; The attendant was grilling me just to use the bathroom key. He did not believe i was a customer and i had to convince him i was. It was very demoralizing. The outside bathroom is not a special place and they should have more manners to people that need to use it. They want people letting lose on the property or the bathroom? Also, the gas prices are outrageous.

Was pumping my own gas and the attendant turned it off on me saying he had to pump it himself. Very disrespectful and will not be stopping there again

Advertised as being open 24 hrs but closes before 10 pm. Got stranded in their parking in the middle of the night because of their false advertising. If they’re too dumb to update their hours, they’re definitely too dumb to be doing any work in any capacity with or around vehicles

They charge Shell gift card as credit card, therefore you have to pay the extra 10 cents per gallon fee. And no I will not take down this negative review.

Not sure why they don't allow self-service. Took so long to get service that I just got out of the car to do it myself, and that's when I had an attendant stand six inches from behind my back and reach over to start pressing buttons for me to complete the payment process without a single word said to me. I'm a five foot tall female with a PTSD diagnosis, and the last thing I needed today was a man sneaking up to stand that close to my back and reach over me like that. Super rude and unprofessional, never ever coming back.

Extremely extremely extremely rude gas attendant! Wish I could locate the manager so I could complain in person. Horrible experience. Will avoid this location from now on.

Something weird with this station. Read other reviews. Attendant came unhinged when I tried to self serve diesel. I hadn't seen there taped up no self serve sign. My rewards had shown 20 cents off when I put in #. Attendant canceled my attempt. Then pumped my gas with out entering rewards number. I asked about Freddy rewards and he said it is out of order. I questioned this and he swelled up like he was going to fight me. What the Hell! I will never go to this station again. I reviewed this for a record. This guy will probably attack someone. Time was approximately 1:00pm Friday 1/19/2024
