Location is open 24/7 which makes filling up for an early flight super easy and smooth. Was able to get in, pump my gas and get out without a hassle. Clean and safe location.

Perimeter was disgusting. Human waste in parking area from the homeless encampment next door. No grounds to walk dogs. Customer service was rude and bathrooms, marginal at best. Diesel fuel was “non-Shell”. My advice - stay away.

Do workers are really nice and professional but the prices are out of this world expensive. for example it was $9 for dairy gold 4 sticks pack is ridiculous. I understand that we pay for convenience but that is too much

Rude cashier was acting like she was on something. She stood up on the counter while I paid for my candy bar. Didnt say anything, just vibing. Very weird and rude.

The inside attendance was rude when I asked about using the restroom. As a rideshare driver, it's important to be able to use the restroom, and it's very unfortunate that this is the only Jacksons in Portland that does not allow the use of the restroom.

Be wary of this place! They have double charged my credit card multiple times and that is with tapping and inserting my card. Their goods are overpriced and they hike the prices up on things without changing their price tags. Whoever does inventory or checks it in here is atrocious at their job. Knowing when an alcoholic beverage changes price is the owner's job ultimately. Sloppy store and terrible location.

horrible disgusting attitude from the employees I stop to use the restroom and the bathroom was open so I went in to do my business and so rudely I heard keys and the employees opened the door while I'm using the bathroom and told me I need to "get the fuck out rite now and said they didn't give a fuck " I couldn't believe my ears I'm am a contributing member of this world and I have respect for people not here I'm assuming the lady with the squeaky voice who told me was sure to be the person in charge I hope that she gets a good lesson on how to treat people especially customers and being a role model for the other people working
