The Hispanic lady that works the am shift is so rude that I couldn't even stand to make a purchase and when I decided that she was too rude to even deal with and I put down my merchandise to leave you she then accuse me of stealing it this is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had maybe even some English

No idea of the actual gas station but their overnight guy who receives vendors is incredibly rude. Needed to park (in a parking spot btw) for a quick second because distracted driving is illegal - a semi truck was idle and I’m not responsible for whatever decisions they’re making and if they’re getting gas or parked or inside. Obviously I’m not telepathic. How the heck would I know? The truck honks and flashes lights which seemed like them getting the attention of the worker. Apparently I was supposed to read the mind of the driver and the clerk who just stared at us. He stared, said nothing, one hand puffing a cigarette and the other in his pocket. The honking and flashing proceeds numerous times from the truck so I assess that apparently I’m expected to know I’m in the wrong for parking where cars are designated to park. The clerk didn’t even bother say anything let alone to nicely ask if we could park elsewhere. After looking at the truck I looked at the worker who did the arm motion implying “what?! move.” Sure I decided to hollar at them after being completely intimidated to move. I reminded them they aren’t the only people in the world and that there was another place for the truck to have parked. This only made him yell and the driver honk repeatedly. Not sure what all he said when yelling other than, that we could’ve parked anywhere else. Obviously he’s not the truck driver but if he’s working, and working consists of customer service and receiving vendors, you’d think there’s at least a better way to approach a customer. I decided, I no longer thought since I was there I’d get something to drink. Clearly the person who applied to deal with customers at night didn’t want to be bothered with customers, let alone basic respect of others. ( how hard would it have been to simply walk up to someone, and ask them nicely, over glaring and yelling?) Energy received is energy in return - Told them to have a bad night like they clearly were off to. Honestly pathetic and disrespectful

I don’t think you should hire anyone for this place. There are 5 car at the front try to get the gas and it doesn’t work. However, you have 3 associates inside with no customer but no one willing to come outside to help? I just don’t think you need anymore associate to run the business you should just turn it into fully self service!

Last time I went inside, on Tuesday December 14, 2021, around 10:30pm, the tall, white male employee with a dark thick beard was inside, walking around the store completely maskless- not even ready to be pulled into position. Obviously doesn't care about his community or America. Other employee, of smaller build, is obviously pro-health and pro-America, as he wore his mask even while pumping gas outside

This morning around 9 , me and my friend went to fill up gas at shell. And there was a yellow orange hair lady who works there was really very rude. We asked for the receipt and she was making faces and was very very rude. My first and last visit at this gas station. This lady should learn some manner .

I get gas here a lot. The gas attendants are always nice and usually know how to use the Fred Meyer Rewards Credit Card / Reward card combined. But I was blown away by the Servoce I got this morning. 9/25. The young man hadn’t run the card so it took my points so instead of just blowing it off like everyone else does at other places, he told me about it, reset the pump,reran it correctly, and gave me the receipt showing a zero balance on the 1st one to ease my mind that there was no charge on it. He went out of his way to also ask me how my day was going and had a pleasant short conversation. What a good work ethic and great attitude about his work and his life with his son. I would hire him in a heart beat Sorry I did not get his name.

I do not recommend going to this store in the morning around 930 or 10am the lady with the red Hair not only wanted to call me Honey, while refusing to serve me but wanted to keep waving her hands at me. I will not be back to shell ANYWHERE!

Every time I go there in the early AM I’m always told “it’s gonna be a while, we’re waiting on a shift change” or “can you wait like 15-20 minutes, we’re doing a shift rotation” and all they’re doing is chilling and smoking outside. Like for reals now? Countless times...almost every weekend...

will never come here again , just want to pay $20 for a gas and she was tight next to the door , she refuse to take my money because i dont have a mask on , i told her he is the money and she said no cant take your money with out face mask , WTF, i was there for 3 sec to give her money and go , so i left to different one

Don't come here at night... the worst happens here at night. A gathering spot for the homeless at times. I pulled up to see someone smoking a cigarette at the pump, with the employee standing near them not saying a word. Wasn't going to risk it. I floored it out of there and went to the Chevron down the road.

Slow slow slow. Flipping slow!!! Do not go to the station on 122 and division. You will loose your mind when you see how slow the gas tender is. # prideinyourwork.

122nd was under construction so the Shell gas station sign with sitting on a tree little trailer in the parking lot with an extension cord running to it LOL haha but my visit was pleasant bought some accoutrement
