This Shell station is noted for being a very clean and well-organized location with a large, open, and well-stocked new store. The staff are frequently described as nice, amazing, and extremely helpful, with one attendant going far above and beyond to assist a customer. However, some long-time customers note missing familiar, kind faces they were used to. While the facilities are generally very clean, there have been occasional issues with bathroom access.
Tastiest, spiciest gasoline on 82nd! I love the lemon tang they add to their premium; it really makes it go down smooth. If you're a gasoline connoisseur, you should check this place out. You won't regret it!

I asked the blonde lady that was working this morning a question about products, and she was rude to me. She lacks good customer service skills. In my opinion, people like that shouldn't be employed with positions involving customer service. The guy working the register was cool though.

Came to Shell, a premium gasoline station, for Full Service instead of stopping at one if the discount gas stations. I waited and waited and no one ever came to help me or the two other people who were also waiting at full services. Filled myself and still no one came out before I left.
