BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION! I filled my SUV and the price was $85! At first, I attributed the increase to the economy but when I told a friend they warned me not to use the Shell location in St. Johns. I have since filled my tank at different gas stations and the price went back to the usual cost. What a piece of work...

I am very surprised by seeing the oil price on shell outlets. After a long drive, I just landed on this shell outlet and shocked by seeing the oil price, it is $4.99. Almost a $1 more than all other shell outlets. Usually I fill full tank of gas, but here I just added few gallons to survive and saved at least $15.I have seen that there are several complaints against the shell outlets, but shell didn't take any action. Why? It is not just fare to talk something without any proper actions.

Says 24 hours, arrived low on gas to find out it is not open 24 hours. At least not for gas. Had to drive to 76 hoping I'd make it.

I moved into the neighborhood 6 months ago and the price of gas here has not changed at all!!! They never change it. It's been 4.99 since the day I moved in- I swear by it!

Awesome workers, terrible gas station. The pump took twenty minutes to to trickle into my tank. They actually had to stop pumping various cars to fill one at a time. The person working said the owners won’t do anything about it claiming it’s normal in cool weather recently (this was last week). The staff are great, but sadly don’t have the tools to help them do their jobs appropriately due to poor upkeep. I called the customer service and haven’t heard back since the complaint was routed to their owners last week.
