Again waited for an attendant just for them to stay inside and stare at me while I was at the full service pump so I moved to the self serve so I could actually get gas and leave. I swear every shell station in Beaverton is literally the worst

Bad customer service by the assistant manager at 5:30 am this morning and other several times with not hearing the correct amount in gas amount and pretending to act like she didn’t hear you say 20$ on debit and she puts 40$ and then when you go pump gas sometimes you don’t realize it will put the $40 and you intended not to spend that much! Also the assistant manager stares at you up and down and rolls her eyes, before she has conversation with you I think that’s very unprofessional, when you ask her a question she doesn’t know the answer but yet she works for the gas station and is the assistant manager, and her employee knew the answer, right on the spot, he should be the assistant manager not her, she was slurping her drink and chewing a straw while talking too me as a customer not really caring about customer experience. She doesn’t have the attitude or personality of an assistant manager and is not helpful, or friendly at all but very rude and disrespectful coming off as discriminative! I will pump my gas somewhere else and believe me I hope they find someone to replace this mess that’s going on in that store! She think she’s the owner or the shell! And she can talk to customers and disrespect them and come to work to be rude, like why come to work then! We need positive energy! No one ever knows how someone day is going and you just decide to be rude and not helpful that’s so sad!

Says it’s 24 hours except at 5am the pumps were not working and so I tried to go inside to ask and it was closed even though there was a person inside!?

Pulled in, on fumes day before payday. Just got off work. Thought it was 24 hrs because that's what Google says. Nope. Counted my dollars and went to walk in. And they locked the door as I was walking up. Just disrespectful. Wouldn't recommend. And defiantly lost any business they would have had. Go down the rd to chevron. Better service and kind people.

Don’t ever let them touch your car. Broke my darn gas cap and said it was “fine” ….absolutely useless attendee.

One of the best fuel stations, very good octane, sometimes their machines have their faults but I wish you were open 27/7

Arrived at 8:39pm on 5/5/24, pulled into a mostly empty station, at one of the middle pumps. An attendant came outside, avoided eye contact and then proceeded to sweep the ground where nothing needed sweeping. I sat for at least a minute or two watching him sweep then proceeded to exit my car. He walked back inside.
Apparently the goal at this gas station is to avoid you long enough so you feel forced to pump yourself.
I left and took my business elsewhere and will be avoiding this location.

Really rude, asked for assistance when the pump wasn’t working, employee too busy smoking to help me.Finally came over, treated me like I was an idiot.

Terrible pumps. Requires you to plug in a pre-pay amount at the pump (with your credit card). I just wanted to fill up but didn’t know exactly how much I needed. Why would you present a hurdle like that for self-service? I just left and went to the station down the street.The other station is a breeze and made it my usual. I only came here to give them a shot, since the pumps were open and it was convenient (usually a hassle to get into this lot). Having pumped gas myself most of my life this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. As expected, the other station worked as normal… put in your card, pump, charges at the end. lol.Now if I see this station is not busy, I’ll still skip it.

Sat waiting at the pump for about 5 minutes while the employees ignored me. Tried to get their attention while they pretended not to see me waiting for them to fill up. EDIT: They have now refused to pump 3 times in a row on the full service lanes. Pathetic and extremely disappointing since this is the location I've been using for a decade and never had issues before.
