Really rude, asked for assistance when the pump wasn’t working, employee too busy smoking to help me.Finally came over, treated me like I was an idiot.

Terrible pumps. Requires you to plug in a pre-pay amount at the pump (with your credit card). I just wanted to fill up but didn’t know exactly how much I needed. Why would you present a hurdle like that for self-service? I just left and went to the station down the street. The other station is a breeze and made it my usual. I only came here to give them a shot, since the pumps were open and it was convenient (usually a hassle to get into this lot). Having pumped gas myself most of my life this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. As expected, the other station worked as normal… put in your card, pump, charges at the end. lol.Now if I see this station is not busy, I’ll still skip it.

Sat waiting at the pump for about 5 minutes while the employees ignored me. Tried to get their attention while they pretended not to see me waiting for them to fill up. EDIT: They have now refused to pump 3 times in a row on the full service lanes. Pathetic and extremely disappointing since this is the location I've been using for a decade and never had issues before.

Horrible place. They won’t sell gas to a Jewish person… do not go here

More expensive than others and feels like there’s always a line backing out onto the road, but convenient

Great location, super clean store, with a large selection. The staff are courteous and helpful. It is great to have them in the neighborhood.

This is where we used to get all our gas, until my husband caught them overcharging. Three days ago was the most recent time when he brought his truck in that is 26 gallons, which still had a quarter of a tank. said fill it up and left paying $175. Even on an empty tank gas was not eight dollars a gallon. In trying to explain it to you guys you just didn’t understand and wouldn’t give him any money back. With gas is high as it is the last thing you should be doing is overcharging when someone says “fill up”.Twice we have left after adding $20 to our tank (I have a car) and not even had the gas light turn off or mileage till empty change at all.Shell, can you justify this math???? Are you crooks or magicians?

Well, so much for this place being a reliable spot to fill up. Pulled up to a pump at 11:56pm, plenty of time to fill my tank before closing at midnight.Nope. Two kids watched me pull up to a pump and immediately ran, giggling over to the lights to turn them off. Hung up their “closed” sign, literally pointing and laughing. Why would I ever go back to a business where the employees take such obvious joy in mocking me for….attempting to purchase gas from a gas station?Ridiculous.

I tried to pump tires down the road at arco and it was the wrong pump so it bled a ton of air from my tire. Came here and tried to get 4 quarters for my dollar but because of the current national coin shortage they couldn’t give out coins. The dude gave me his quarters for my dollar which really helped me out.

Won’t be going back to this Shell station (by Bales) ever again even though it’s the closest to my house, as the employees aren’t wearing masks even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and both the Governor and CDC highly recommend it. Gas attendant rushed to my window before I had a chance to put mine on. Told him I liked his rainbow colored hair (really didn’t lol) and I need to color mine soon as it’s getting gray. Mr. Smarty pants said “yeah, high anxiety will do that to you.” Wearing a mask=being anxious? Nope, not wearing one and not keeping appropriate social distancing=jerk.

I came in last night with my big diesel truck, it was dark and pouring rain. Zach went above and beyond helping me get gas. He was hands down the friendliest gas station attendant I've ever encountered. These days exemplary customer service is extremely hard to find. Thank you Zach, for giving me some hope for humanity!
