Are there any gas stations that still understand the differences between full service, mini serv, and self service!? Definitely not this place! I can understand a shortage of people to pump gas, but these places need to change their signage. I'm disabled with mobility issues and i seek out service stations that let you pay at the pump, even when paying with cash. Trust me, i would much rather get out of my car, and walk into the store as often as needed, but realistically, i can't and might never again be able to. This is the same for very many people everywhere!

This Shell will never get my business. I was denied access to a public restroom after driving for over an hour on the freeway. Stopped here to fuel up, and use the restroom - when asked, I was laughed at. The area must be so bad that they can’t even trust paying customers to use the lavatory. Middle finger to all the employees working here.

Dirty and disgusting. Always several homeless wandering around getting high. Fountain beverage machine is filthy and constantly out of flavors. Doesn’t look like the lid dispenser has ever been cleaned. Dude that was working the register has gross dirty super long fingernails. Would not recommend this place.

I appreciate the convenience of being so close to the 205 freeway. There's another Shell station across the street that's 10 cents a gallon more. Seems kind of weird to have two shells across from each other. Makes me wonder if the same guy owns them.

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars. I would. I have pulled in there and waited and waited and waited, while they helped other people or just chatted and didn't look my way. After the 3rd time of this, I drove ACROSS THE STREET. I was acknowledged immediately and done within a couple minutes. I will NEVER drive into this station again!!

Do not support a corporate shell station please go to the other shell station that is locally owned down the street
