this staff doesn’t know their own products, is not helpful at all and has zero customer service skills. long story but i left with the wrong paint sheen - their fault - and when i came back to replace it they said it was my fault, even though we had a discussion about what specifically i needed. all i got was a “sorry for the miscommunication”. one of them even said “i guess this should have been explained when you bought it and i don’t know why that didn’t happen” - and yet they sent me on my way. what business ever does that?

Despite the best effort of M (I am sorry I can't remember your full name, I was kind of out of it), I got heat exhaustion from walking from the old location to the new one. Everyone at the store was fantastic and considerate of me despite me being mostly incoherent by the time I had finally arrived after a mile walk in 90 degree weather (the old location was only 6 blocks from where I live and the new one is at least triple that).Thank you for the constantly good paint for my wall projects and customer service. I was going to just go to Blick from now on but the clerks at the store made the journey worth it and I will be continuing to come by (although maybe by car this time because they now have PARKING at the new location) and purchasing my supplies for my walls (I've added a photo below which was created with supplies from this company).

Please UPDATE your store hours!!! It's quite an inconvenience to show up at 7:00pm and see that you have posted new hours on your window.

Was as expected I suppose very limited selection I guess it seems it's okay that they have the storefront but they definitely seem like they don't really need one because they just do commercial work primarily they're certainly not there to answer questions just my first visit and just my first opinion
