When I went to return an item they refused me and told me that I must have received my item for free or stolen it even though I paid with card and they refused me, then when I went to buy some paint the guy gave me the wrong paint until I noticed and had them fix it, my job site was an hour away if I would not have noticed I would have had to have wasted a day of work and wasted my clients time. Very unprofessional

Unfortunately, really bad experience. No clear posted prices (terrible). Employees told us the incorrect difference between matte and flat (said flat had more sheen than matte).
They also mixed our paints with the sheen we didn't order because they had ran out of the other *without asking us if that was okay*. Instead, they told us there would be an upcharge because the sheen they used (w/out permission) was more expensive.
To top it off, the employee working with us failed to apply the 30% discount, argued with us when we politely indicated that the math wasn't adding up, then later 1) realized she'd accidentally added an item we never ordered, and 2) after acting more defensive and us backing down because *awkward*, her co-worker looked at her screen and realized she had indeed failed to apply the right discount.
Quite unfortunate all around. And extremely expensive. I'm really glad at least the second co-worker caught the error, even if they both got the flat/matte sheen wrong (which I guess worked out, because they were out of the one that we got because of their incorrect definitions).

I usually order from another location, but they were out of the specific base for 2 of the colors I was ordering for a kitchen that was already prepped.Got an email notification that my order was ready, and headed in the next day.Turns out it wasn't.Took what was ready & told to come back later.Come back a few days later. They have it, but now need the card to make a new charge that I didn't bring because I've *never* needed it for any prior online SW order including the batch I picked up last week that was supposed to include the item in question.I finally gave up and decided I'll just order from my usual store that I can count on having the order ready when they notify me as such. Nothing against the employees but this location is simply too disorganized to be worth my while.If my closest store wasn't so great, I'd be done with SW altogether.

Beach cabin! Heavy wear factor on the paint due to constant wind blowing with partials of sand. The lady at the S-W store suggested stain! Lasts much longer than regular paint! Thanks again!

Super friendly and knowledgeable sales associates who go the extra mile in service and walk around the store with you, happy to answer your countless questions. By registering in their system (free) you enjoy discounts on all purchases too. I went twice in a weekend and had great experiences.

Id like to tell you the name of the gal that helped me but its not on the reciept, i went to buy paint this morning and was greeted by a very nice young lady whom helped me get the paint i wanted and even surprised me with a savings. I mean who dosent love that I always get great service at this location. I had also stopped by the night before and the gentleman working let me take a sample square home to see if that was the color i wanted. you guys are awesome. this was at your Divison store 708615. thanks for always giving great service.
