My wife & I stayed here while we searched for a place to move in the area! Room was clean, front desk was nice for check in (at 2am) and check out! My only complaint is the specific room I was in, was next to a door that led outside, the door would slam from people going in and out at different times, if possible, they should try to add a hydraulic or spring door closer, other than that everything was perfect!

Front desk personnel have been friendly and welcoming. The property is situated on a hillside so there are a lot stairs. Rooms are clean and up-to-date & you can tell that they are doing upgrades to the rooms as they go. The 9900 Lounge and Restaurant on the property is a good choice for dinner w/o having to drive anywhere. I would recommend this establishment to anyone traveling in or through this area.
Nearby activities: Lots of nearby restaurants and Fred Meyers.
Food and drinks: Waitress in the Lounge was very attentive and knew the food and drink menus well.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and well designed. The bathroom was large enough for me to do my floor exercises. The beds were firm but comfortable. Ate at the 9900 Bar and had the best club sandwich called "Lefty's Clubhouse". Liked the accommodations so much I wanted to stay longer. Will definitely stay here again.

What a great little hotel. The steakhouse was awesome, iron chef award and the complimentary breakfast was nice as well. Well kept and good service

When we arrived the front desk clerk was attentive and welcoming. She offered us choice of rooms and explained the amenities to us. When I called into the night clerk to double-check breakfast time he picked up quickly and was kind and helpful with a smile, you can hear it. I interacted with him twice more in the morning and it was always quick to be attentive, friendly and helpful.
The up-to-date rooms were very nice with USB power in the nightstand on both sides instead of only one like many hotels. The removal of a dresser with drawers and replacement with a desk that holds the refrigerator and microwave and a couple of cubbies for other things with a bench made it all very easy to use. A large relatively modern TV and coffee maker with all that was needed as well as well stocked towels and other amenities for the bathroom made the stay very comfortable. We loved the fact that we could open the window to hear the fountain outside and have nice fresh air flow. The temperature controls for the room were easy to use and the room was relatively clean and well kept and in good repair.
Well we didn't get to use it, the outdoor patio above the pool and hot tub are a very nice place as well even with outdoor heating if one desires! And maybe one of the best features if not the best is the full breakfast which is an incredible bar with many different choices both meat and eggs and biscuits and gravy and waffles and yogurt and juices and coffee among other things all of this breakfast is included in the price of the room, can't think why we would stay anywhere else!

This has got to be the worst best western we have ever stayed at. First off, our arrival time was said to be 1am so we called to make sure they had a playpen and the front desk employee informed us they didn't carry them anymore. We called the 800 for help since it was definitely on our must list bringing our 1 year old, they intern helped us and the hotel suddenly carried cribs. Another issue, breakfast is very hard to find from our room which was in the back of the hotel. The latest hotel is set up is very confusing for new guests to get around. We could not enter to one side of our building for whatever reason we had to walk all the way around in the rain to get back to our room. Breakfast options were also limited and most employees seemed too busy to help you with anything. Also very unfortunate their pool is outside, makes it unsuable during this season. Best thing about the hotel is the location is close to the zoo and they have trailer parking. Very outdated hotel besides the loby and pond. Business/vacation trip. Also pretty sure we got the worst room they have there, alot of the rooms face the pond. Last thing was my husband and Sons two favorite things were not there no biscuits and gravy and no cinnamon rolls.

I believe the person that checked us in around 9pm was named Mark. Most upbeat, friendly, and welcoming person I’ve ever been checked in by at an hotel. Mark gets 10 stars!! Room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for my needs. Decently priced. I will say you could hear everything in the room above and around which wasn’t super great. But other than that it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Short sheeted, top sheet is used incorrectly, lying across the bed. Is this an industry standard?

Beautiful place - I would've enjoyed it more if I was less pregnant. I didn't anticipate all the stairs. But that's on me- the rooms were clean, and in the past month I've stayed in 3 different hotels in Beaverton and each one that my children ran around barefoot in, carpet or no, their feet were filthy... NOT this place!! The floors were very clean and as a mom with toddlers that don't want to keep footwear on, that's super important.
The breakfast was also delicious!! We ate on a Tuesday morning and were so grateful it was a FULL breakfast.
We didn't get long with the pool (some hotels allow you to swim after check out- not this place) but it was still so neat and tidy.. the man that cleaned it wasn't even the regular pool guy - he just saw it needed to get done and did it.
To me, that says a lot about how they treat their staff if they're willing to work so hard, to make the place they work look so good.
We didn't stay in a room with a view- but it worked out great for us- we could see our car parked right outside our window.
Rooms: The cleanest I've found in Beaverton.

The staff were helpful, and check-in was quick. The room and parking were good. Our room was near SW Canyon Road, so there was some street noise, especially when large delivery trucks passed by. One of the pillows smelled like cigarettes. Overall, I would stay here again.

I stayed for three nights at a decent hotel that offered good value for the price. While they do have an outdoor pool, I personally would have preferred an indoor one. The hotel features a charming little garden with a fountain in the back, which adds a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that met all my needs. However, I do wish they had a lighter roast for the coffee, as it was a bit too dark and strong for my taste."

Beautiful place but built on a hillside. If you don't like walking get a room close to the top. Great food at the restaurant. We ate in the bar.
Noteworthy details: We were able to charge our electric rental in the parking lot. But only convenient if you were on the bottom floor.

Good location, friendly front desk and clean rooms.
The room felt more renovated/ modern than the location near wood side

Hidden gem. Property is very nice with onsite restaurant and pool, nice grounds to walk, and lobby to lounge in. Rooms are updated…honestly I have nothing to complain about esp. with a great price

Pool and hot tub are great. Rooms are nice. Everything was super clean. There is space to park a trailer. Could not be more impressed.
