Simple Floors Portland offers an extensive selection of over 3,000 hardwood floor options, finishes, styles, and colors. Their products include solid wood flooring, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), bamboo, engineered and laminate flooring, as well as carpeting and tile for the Portland, Beaverton, Vancouver, and Salem areas.
The business is highly recommended for its great selections, very competitive pricing, and excellent value. Multiple reviews highlight exceptional and genuinely caring customer service. The team is described as extremely efficient, professional, welcoming, helpful, communicative, kind, and informative. Staff take significant time to answer questions without rushing customers, even when they cannot provide the specific product sought.
It is important to note that Simple Floors does not do installations or contract with installers; they only sell the products. They do not keep inventory at the Portland location, as orders ship from a distribution center. Customers must pick up their orders from a logistics warehouse on Swan Island. Orders are typically placed immediately and arrive within a week. Customers report being thrilled with the beautiful finished product and would 100% recommend Simple Floors to anyone.
We recently had Simple Floors install engineered hardwood in our home. The experience could not have been better. John was so helpful in the process of picking out the flooring that would be best for us and his follow through was excellent. Ivan and his install team were so efficient and professional! We were quite impressed.

This place was fantastic! We used them for our entire downstairs flooring project. Ivan did our measurements and answered all our questions. David walked us through the materials, and the installation crew did the entire thing in 1 day. Incredible experience. I highly recommend
