Customer service is great but hours are stupid. I work 58 hrs a week now and weekend afternoons are the only time only time I don't work 2 shifts or something called a double. 4 pm on Saturday and 2pm on Sunday closing hours are absolutely ridiculous. I don't get off until 3:30 on Saturday and Sunday, ugh!!!!

First time using storage and it has been a great experience, Matt and Mike have been very helpful. I personally would recommend SmartStop Self Storage to others, and I would also consider it in the future if I am finding myself in need of a storage unit again.

I’ve been renting here for 2 yrs and when I needed a smaller unit Mike found me the perfect one. He came along with me then checked while I was moving things to make sure I was ok. This place is CLEAN and Mike and Matt are the best!

I'm extremely pleased so far. Just moved in. Mike at front desk is very nice and helpful. It's very clean and well kept. Felt very safe. I definitely recommend checking them out if you need a storage unit. Great prices. Only downfall is the shorter hours on weekends.

I think the bad reviews were from before they got new a new security system (and a new owner?). The staff are all super nice, and it’s easy to get to your storage unit. They do have limited hours but I figure that’s for security too. Can’t really complain.
