I walked in with a mission, got immediate assistance, bought my item. Staff encouraged me to check to be sure the vape worked, good thing too because the first one I bought was dead from the box. They exchanged it without a fuss. I'll be coming back!
The shop is spacious, well stocked, and fairly easy to park near

Great store and products. But man the guy running the counter was a bummer. Didn’t say a word during our interaction. Bummer too because the last guy who worked here was the best. I get work sucks but c’mon man. You had to grab a bag and ring me up. A little effort would be cool.

Fantastic place, excellent quality Kratom and the largest variety of high quality Kratom products I’ve seen in a portland headshop. This guy has been here for almost two decades and was the first headshop in portland to offer Kratom. He does research to make sure he’s getting good stuff directly from importers and manages to keep costs down. If you want name brands, he has the best, including organic OPMS powder and capsule (and extracts). Sells a variety of interesting concentrates as well.Parking is available a block out, otherwise I think this place would be a far more well know shop. Carries everything one could be looking for in a classic headshop. He’s knowledgeable and really understands his inventory, as well as the history of the market and trends in product lines.Has nitrous (whippets) tanks as well.I’m changing to this place for my regular needs and especially my kratom purchases. Super great product and low prices.

The prices are sky high. You can go to a regular old gas station and buy a pack of Newports for 13$... But this places charges more. And the markups don't seem to stay consistent... One day I payed 14$ for a pack, and the next week, I payed 13.50$., it's weird.The mark up is pretty bad... I mean, unless their wholesaler is screwing them somehow... I don't see how they can charge 30$ for a single color, spoon pipe, that is less than 3 inches long and has all kinds of chips in the glass... It's awful. And when u try to haggle, (because EVERYTHING is negotiable in my opinion) they act like I asked to see them naked or somethingSome of the staff are rude, don't seem to want to be there... But turn again, some are on point and very knowledgeable. Not trying crazy hard to up sell me.If I come in to look at pipes, bongs, bubblers and then end up spending 40 bucks, don't try to sell me another 80 dollar pipe that is actually only worth like 20...

I bought 2 vapes for $55 and one was bad tasting (like vapes are at end of life) after 3 hits. When I went back the guy said since the first hit (in the store) was good he could only give me a 50% discount on a replacement for the bad one. I'm never going back.

Whoever the guy is working before close. On October 24th Is an unnecessarily rude judgmental POS. That has got to be losing that company a lot of money!!! My first Ever in that store and In less than three minutes I was disrespected to the point that If I wasn't as close to the door as I was I'd be saying goodbye to the next 60 months of my freedom. Shoppers beware

Edit: I try not to leave negative reviews and I must update this given the owners response. I appreciate you responding and definitely will take you up on your offer. It’s clearly frustrating get defective devices but it’s not the shops fault.So frustrated buying defective disposable vapes. This place is near my work so I buy my disposable vapes here about half the time. I went in for a specific flavor and saw they had a sale buy 2 for $55 get a free one. I tried them in the store, the free one didn’t seem to work well but it was free so I wasn’t worried about it. When I got home I hit one of the other 2 3x before it broke. The vape doesn’t turn off after you stop hitting it and the coil just continues burning until the vape gets so hot it shuts off. I’ve now paid $55 for one working vape.

I was in need of tobacco and tubes but it was to expensive so,I only bought a box of tubes until my online order arrives . I'll order my tobacco at smokers outlet. Com it's alot cheaper than going to a specialty store.
