Submitted a holiday card order on a Thursday and was told it would be ready on Monday by 630pm, just before close at 7pm. I called to see if they could get them done any quicker but they said no as they were behind. Understandable.Showed up right at 630pm on Monday only to be told it would be 15-20min as they hadn’t started my order. Time is precious and even though I appreciate them getting right to it, it’s not the service I expected. Would not recommend

I don’t remember the name of the staff, but it might be Steven. He was really helpful and offered us a very good solution. I came to find a computer chair, but the one I wanted was out of stock. Steven offered us a good deal on an almost brand-new display unit. It helped a lot.

The vibe of this Staples is dead and spooky, and the employees aren't the friendliest. However, everything is neat and I got my print order for business cards done in time for me to pick up the following day, so I cannot complain much.

Never met someone who spent more time giving excuses that took longer than doing the actual print job itself. All he wanted to do was close early and blame everything under the sun for why the small order wasn't complete. Absolute trash of a human.

This Staples store itself is fine! DO NOT SHIP UPS FROM THIS STORE!! Because when the package becomes lost there is no way to track it and there was zero accountability from Staples, as they have no power and they have no information… And UPS itself deflects everything to Staples. It is a no-win situation for the shipper.

Went in to get a yearly calendar and some bic pens. Was about to get the items and asked for a rest room for my mom...they told my mother that she couldn't use the restroom and she couldgo to target so I put everything back..

Disappointing experience today- Needed business cards printed same day prior to a flight out later that evening. I realized it was last minute, and near the 2pm deadline. I called first to see if same day pick up may be possible and was told, it'd be no problem. On that, I placed the order and when I called to ensure they'd received the order, was told it will be likely ready the next day instead. Because of this, I cancelled the order and called a nearby Office Depot/Office Max, who was able to have the order printed and completed the same day. Would recommend Office Depot/Office Max over Staples for last minute printing potential, if needed in the future.

I went on here to share a negative review and see quite a few people have had the same experience… wish I would have checked these. I went in yesterday 4/24 to pick up an order for next day pick up I had places on 4/23. Went in 2 hours after the said it would be ready just to give extra time in case they were busy. The gentleman who helped me (Gary?) first took about 5 minutes to make it over to the counter huffing and puffing about how he had to come help people and then proceeded to tell me “yeah we didn’t do that”. When I asked why and reminded him I had paid $6.50 for next day readiness he told me they just hadn’t done it. No apology, no trying to make it right, just that it wasn’t done, he wouldn’t do it for me and that I shouldn’t expect it to be ready next day when I ordered the night before. Do they not understand their own policy? Why let people make online orders for next day if they just refuse to do it? Especially when the man took no responsibility or tried to fix the problem for me.They didn’t call to let me know they weren’t going to do it, instead I drove into Portland to return with nothing and most importantly no acceptance on Staples part to make this situation right.I ended up going to Office Depot the next day and they did my print job and lamination in 1 hour and had it ready for me with a confirmation email.

Shipping out of this place is nearly impossible. They would rather have two team members folding paper than assist the line of 4 customers. If you don't get a receipt for your shippement THEY WILL LOSE IT. It has happened multiple times but now waiting for a receipt is 15+ minutes.

Friendly staff at the UPS inside the store - they helped me right away and don't charge for printing.

Tried calling simply to see if they have a replacement battery. Have some standards with how your employees treat customers. Just kept being told to "uh, hold on" and placed back on hold whenever I did get through. It must be difficult to find competent help these days. Guess I'll just have to order online.

Terrible customer service and severely understaffed yet their manager just stands in the store to allergy customers they are behind on jobs/not enough staff... How about actually helping customers? Only had one printer working for self service and a long line because they would not help customers at the print cemter
