Nice location off of Powell. . Can get super busy in the am with hwy 26 traffic. . baristas are wonderful and make connections at the window. Drinks are usually on point.

Don't come here if you want a great tasting drink. The employees are rude and don't even listen to your request. I ask for light ice and it seems like I said to add extra ice. And to top it off it was watered down. Horrible service really don't come here safe yourself the trip.

I just ordered my usual drink (strawberry açaí) from this location for the first time... not coming back lol. The employee that took my order was nice and efficient, but the girl that made my drink was sluggish and did not make my drink good. There was 1.5 inches missing from my drink and only like 3 strawberries, and a whole lot of ice when I asked for light ice. Not to mention it was pretty watered down because of the amount of water that I watched her put in my drink.

I am a regular customer at this and all the Starbucks in my area , I drive for work and sometimes go multiple times in a day it varies. I like this location except for when Christina was on her badge is working she is just unfriendly and makes for an uncomfortable experience . I am no longer going to come to this Starbucks when she is working it’s just sad to have to even write this review managers especially should make sure workers are just at least friendly and not make you so uncomfortable all you wanna do is avoid the place and bring my business elsewhere she slapped my food on dirty counter with no tray gave me 3 drinks and didn’t offer a drink carrier and I’m handicapped so it was just unpleasant , sorry to say otherwise it’s great other people there treat me fantastic .

Really disappointed in this store. Ordered drip coffee with sugar. Drive puff, they did not stir the sugar. Taking the top off to stir the coffee it spilled on me which I then dropped it. Aunt back for a replacement told the barista what happen, she said that's too bad and she charged me for a replacement. Lame customer service.

If I am not mistaken, I believe this is the Starbucks located inside the Safeway as the address and phone number matches. I have been here twice so far and I was not disappointed both times, but the flavor did vary. Why? I am not sure, made by different people? Each time, I ordered the same drink - honey citrus mint tea, grande $4.65 and asked for the tea bags on the side as I was not drinking it right away. One time it was a little more sweet and the other a little bit on the lemony side. Which I did not mind too much, but consistency is better. The baristas were accommodating to my request and friendly though on both occasions. If you had any Safeway digital coupons, you may enter your phone number in the key pad to apply those prior to scanning your Starbucks app. I normally see only one person working there, so there can be a delay in receiving your drink order if it is busy. With the new re-model, it looks brighter and cleaner. They take cash, credit card, payment through Starbucks app.

When I see a Starbucks open during the pandemic, I stop in. I love their coffee and I appreciate that they are working during these difficult times. Since I had already had my "start my day" Americano at home for breakfast, I treated myself to my splurge, a grande non-fat, no-whip, 3 pump mocha. Man did it hit the spot! Felt like such a treat to have a coffee on the outside! Only my second time since I've been self isolating since March 12th, 6 weeks ago.. The drive-through was open and there was a very long line; don't let that deter you! The line moved quickly and my drink order was accurate and the right temperature.Never been inside as this was my first time here. Saw it as I was driving home after picking up essentials at Safeway and Petco Unleashed. But now that I know it's here, and I run regular errands on this part of a SE Powell, I'll stop in again for sure.

Always overpriced, average quality coffee and always have to wait for service. Seems they are too cheap to hire enough help. Wouldn't go unless I was riding with someone else.
