Staff is great, but just got a Hot Chocolate, it was so gross. I think they forgot the chocolate. For 4.75 plus $1 tip, you'd think they could get it

It's a Starbucks in a hospital. The space is large and decorated for a children's hospital. The food is Starbucks, full of cheap ingredients at premium prices. The drinks are over priced and full of sugar. You can help finance their investment schemes by putting money into the Starbucks app.The parking is free for patients and visitors. Lots of construction and parking decks. Not a fun place for long vehicles or trailers.Lots of poke stops and gyms. There are public places to walk inside, but it is a hospital, so best to avoid if you're looking for a community day or event play and not working, patient, or visitor. There are plenty of other much better places to play Pokemon go.Vegetarian options: This is the food you should be eating.Parking: There are a few parking lot spaces but long or trailer vehicles will not be able to find parking.Kid-friendliness: It's a children's hospital, so it depends on your kid.Wheelchair accessibility: Totally wheelchair accessible.

My 14 yo has Celiac Disease , she doesn't drink Starbucks unfortunately because of the gluten cross contamination issues, she misses being able to order winter drinks with the HOLIDAY Pattern cups!Shout out to Austin behind the counter who kindly gave my daughter a couple of the new holiday cups so she can use with her own hot coco. Little things like this help eease the social transition for Celiacs! Thank you Austin for caring!

Always closing hours early without letting people know. So disappointing. Will be making sure I get my stuff elsewhere before coming in.

This location is no better or worse than any of the others. This chain is pretty uniform and that’s good and bad. Anyway it’s the same as all of them.

Can't express how much I appreciate this Starbuck staff. This is one of the busiest stores due to being right inside a hospital. Not only serving medical staff but they also serve patients and their family members, so please have patience while you wait for your drinks (pun intent.) The staff is always happy and cheerful even though the line seems never stop. I feel pressure for them so please don't yell or complain at them because you can literally see how hard they work back there.

If you want to wait 7 years for some snippy baristas to make you a coffee drink come here. Otherwise just wait tell you leave OHSU to get a coffee drink. Also hey Starbucks if a location can't handle the current population of people that work in the surrounding buildings as in the nurses and doctors don't offer mobile orders. While I waited 20-25 minutes for my one drink I watched as a bunch of flustered baristas were shouting the names of the building stack of mobile drink orders on the counter. Sweet solution put a little shelf on another counter to then transfer the drinks to that spot once the counter becomes full. Also my drink is mediocre even more so then any other Starbucks. Also the gal that put my drink on the counter was mad about life when I said is that my drink she proceeds to read me what's on the label of the cup. If every other persons cup had a name but for some reason even though the lady who rang me up asked my name somehow it didn't translate to my order??? Too much confusion at this Starbucks with 4-5 employees working? I mean even the terrible coffee spots ran by ohsu function better than this Starbucks. My drink tasted like it had no coffee in it? Hey Barista's at this Starbucks, why are you mad Starbucks has good benefits by all means seems like a good company to work for? Mad it's busy? Mad you have to work? I think it's time you search for a none public facing work environment. Hey Starbucks good luck in making store 471 function on any level of normal.

It's take and go. Mostly people shuffling in line to order, take and go. There is one front counter person that is impressive- she worked heard to remember my coworkers, me, our preferred drinks, AND names. Very impressed! Makes us keep going back and appreciated. The downside is the cost.
