My phone had become lost earlier that day, and I got into Starbucks just in time late in the in the day Kayla KEA LA hopefully I spelled your name right! THANKS for extending the use of your phone briefly to me so I could call and let my family pick me up you didn’t think twice about it and were even kind enough to take a call from one of my family members and let them know that was outside waiting for them but had your manager bring the phone over to me? I have worked in the restaurant industry for decades, I came here and I confirm that "you cannot teach hospitality" either you have it or not, it is all about recruiting right to get those who care about service.Laura is a clear example of someone who loves working here, she irradiates happiness and good vibes to customers and team members. Today, a Karen decided to grace us with her presence, being very impatient towards the lone barista while the other one was away. He handled her with ease and professionalism and the coffee was made perfectly as I like it. KARENS EVERYWHERE BEGONE!

Said they were closed but they took our money from the online order. If you close, close online orders too. But made me wait 20 minutes for my drink that they made wrong. Bad service.

I ordered my coffee ☕️ while I was walking from the other side of the mall to this Starbucks, when I got there to pick up my coffee, I wasn't acknowledged, when I asked about status of my drink I was told 10-15 mins, I came back and it still wasn't ready, was told to come back in 5 mins. I didn't see a sense of urgency to catch up on drink orders either during my visit.

Waited more than 15 minutes for a simple grande, straight out of the menu with an extra shot. I've never waited this long in any other Starbucks.

Consistan flavor, good baristas but the wait is too long. I think management needs to add more people there. This place gets crowded.

Terrible customer service. If you're not going to take cash as a payment, then maybe it might be helpful to post a sign on the door letting customers know your not taking cash, instead of having a customer wait in line, order then find out for whatever reason you're not taking cash.Get your act together and do better.

So rude! Asked if a mobile order was in the queue to be made (as I had ordered over 20 minutes ago) and the associate snapped at me. Noticed the same thing happened with another customer. I understand if they’re understaffed or busy, I work retail as well, and the way I asked was very polite… not a happy experience. Stood there waiting for another 15 minutes. Ended up leaving without my order.
