Aside from the fact that you have to get on to Hayden Island which is then a maze of roads and parking lots This is a great little Starbucks. They got my drink right and they were spotlessly clean.

I gotta say this place is great. I had a meeting there and they gave me my space with my client and even offered a free crossiant. Clean place all around including bathrooms. Customer service great and not fake just to be kind. Genuine customer service that will definitely have me come back just for that. Went during the evening which seems the best time to visit without crowds. The fact that is raining hard may have helped on not a big crowd. Drinks made to order and they have great suggestions.Parking: Not a really big parking lot, but enough spaces during not so busy times.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

MEH.... Girl in the drive through was not very pleasant, seemed annoyed when I asked my total before handing her my card, seemed annoyed I asked for a straw, and when I finally got to sip my drink it was tempid at best. Such a disappointment, will drive a bit out of my way next time to find a more cheerful Starbucks.

The coffee was good but the service was too slow. As I entered the building I did not get greeted nor did I get served until about 2 minutes latere eventhough there were 8 individuals working.

I’d been there 3:23pm No one is waiting!! So fast and no traffic to me ? I ordered Pineapple refresher, Ham and Cheese Croissant and Birthday Cake pop. I love Pineapple Refresher. My new favorite one. It’s a September but still Hot a day. Not ready to Pumpkin Spice coffee yet. Still Iced coffee or Refresher is best today for me. Crews are very kind and fastest service. I picked my kids up right time at school. My youngest daughter loves Cake Pop. ✌️Everything is good.

Nice coffee ☕️..... but the first Starbucks in the world where you have to ask for sugar. It is on the counter on the right hand side of the drive through window. And you have to wait wait wait ....for them to get sugar for you. Maybe I am missing something??? ???.... maybe you can leave the sugar where the customer can get it themselves.....and they dont have to bother the staff ???

This worst Starbucks coffee ever here . How dose your employee don't know how to reload money on there app!I have been a Starbucks customer for the past 20 years. I remember when you would walk into the same location and it meant something to the staff to greet you by name, and if you were a regular customer, the staff would remember your drink. There was always a positive buzz in the building, people talking with each other, an over all great place to hangout. Now, like this morning, the staff is going through the motions, what many of us would consider, "just-here-to-collect-a-paycheck", no pride in delivering great, exceptional, or even good customer service, instead you're greeted with poor attitudes, you have to repeat yourself four or five times just to make sure your drink is made correctly, and heaven forbid that you ask anyone in the building if they know how to reload (add money to) a Starbucks card. I would expect that kind of intelligent response from a Walmart employee, but Starbucks? Your customer service, the lack of paying attention to details and listening to the customer instead of talking over the customer, the poor attitudes and this entitled attitude towards tips has gone unchecked and is out of control. Starbucks, you desperately need to go back to the basics. The woke and entitled attitudes and the lack of follow-through is costing you your customers! Dutch Bros, what a breath of fresh air!
