The cashier is RUDE AS HELL, SLOW AS HELL.....I WAS HELL. I can't go n2 a Safeway or Freddy's w/o getting a frap. On top if the rudeness... with a hat on top of brassy , bushy red hair he looks like a cowboy. Bag experience all the way.

When i came they said they ran out of bbq sauce and 3 minutes later my cousin came and all of a sudden they have it now, right after a new worker takes over. And they even got my drink wrong I’m very disappointed as this is the nearest Starbucks near me, and I’ve been coming here for years and really only had problems from the same worker over and over again.

Excellent service 1st thing in the morning! Much thanks to the barista!! Although the food and drinks were tasty, the top notch service is what really made our visit.

With all the beautiful unique coffee shops in Portland, You don't need support corporate monstrosities. This location is on a corner below a restaurant. It seems like a training store because no one really knows what anyone else doing. Their coffee is just like every other Starbucks. Dark and acidic. Even their Blondie roast is heavy. Go support a LOCAL Business with Dank coffee. Go to Saint Simon if you are in the area.

This is a Starbucks location within a Safeway. During both of my visits the service was prompt and polite. My drink was made quickly and they carried coconut milk to fulfill it each time, which sometimes I've found some locations just don't regularly keep it in stock. I also loved that they had the top stoppers available so you could grab one when you picked up your drink. So all in all, not a bad Starbucks to visit.

First time I am disappointed and couldn’t get what I ordered. I asked for a decaf caramel Frappuccino. She first made a Frappuccino only made of milk and whipp cream, no decaf, no caramel. I asked her why is it like this and if she has caramel and coffee, she said because I asked decaf she did only milk. Then I asked if she can make it with a decaf, she re made it, but still no caramel. Very incompetent

This Starbucks is located inside the Lloyd Center Safeway, convenient for your morning Joe and great for the neighborhood residents. It’s also the only full-service Starbucks in the area other than a drive-thru on MLK and another stand alone shop on NE Fremont and NE 15th Ave. They offer all the things a stand alone Starbucks does and you can get your grocery shopping done too.Staff is friendly and always ready to serve you your favorite drink, goodies or hot breakfast sandwich.

Was completely ignored. They did not have another customers. They were too busy talking about oat milk to even acknowledge me.

This morning I called on the hunt for one of the valentines day mugs that I could purchase using my stars I've saved up. I had gone to 3 other Starbucks the day before and didn't find it. I called and the lovely person there found one left and put it on hold for me! I came in and they were so so sweet and I am extremely grateful that they would do that for me. Amazing service. I am ecstatic. Thank you! You made my day!

On 02/13/21, I waited as patiently as possible for this "Starbucks-Truck" location to open as I can understand a delayed opening due to weather. Google says their currently open. I assume when I see 2 employees going in and out of the Starbucks-Truck that those employees are getting ready to open up... After standing and waiting (with others lining up I might add) 20-30+ minutes and employees in and out multiple times, I was finally informed "Starbucks would not be open today". After multiple occurrences of BOTH employees noticing customers standing out front (myself included in that ordering line), they didn't have the decency to acknowledge their ready-to-pay customers at first glance, post a "We're closed today" sign on their menu, or adjust their hours from 'open' to 'closed' online, ALL OF WHICH WOULD HAVE RESULTED IN AN ALTERNATIVLY RATED REVIEW AND A BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR MORE CUATOMERS THAN JUST MYSELF! APOLOGIES FOR THE RANT BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THIS, IS NOT, THE STANDARD I REMEMBER STARBUCKS ACHIEVING IN THE PAST FROM MULTIPLE VISITS TO OTHER LOCATIONS. THIS WAS ONLY MY 2ND VISIT TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING WHEN PAID EMPLOYEES ARE HIRED AND NOT TRAINED WITH ANY MINIMUM STANDARD OF COMMON SENSE WHEN IT COMES TO HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS UNDER VARIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. One day I may have it in me to try ordering coffee from this location again. I truly hope I can leave 5 stars next time, It's never my desire to legally-defame one's business. HOWEVER, this incident of poor quality in customer service is intolerable and I would hate to thing that these particular employees might treat other individuals with the same lack of decency and remain improperly trained throughout their employment with Starbucks, however long or short that may be. Sincerely, --A Customer

Really nice staff working on arrival. Very fast service. They have apply pay and are able to add items from Safeway to the purchase making for a convenient stop to get all your needs in one place.
