Awful service completely ignored me and closed as i was asking if they take mobile orders. was told they were out of most items and add ins. workers completely ignored me, again, and when i asked if they would open again soon she met me with a snarky attitude telling me 4 am the next day. don't go here ... its only mobile orders and they can't even do that right.

Worst Starbucks EVER! Ordered in line and was told they were 10-15 minutes behind. Then I watched two workers stand around chatting instead of making any drinks or food orders. For TEN minutes!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I was waiting for an hour to get a refresher all while stressing that I wasn't going to make my flight. Not only were there six people behind the counter, all six of them were talking to each other and not making the drinks. Don't go here if you are on a time crunch or they will get overwhelmed and not make your drinks for an hour!

horrible Starbucks no lemonade or cold foam they did not have pumpkin spice lattes and messed up orders they had horrible customer services and did not meet expectations

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived at the pick up time the store was closed. The mobile app was still taking payments. But NO order is being completed. With NO way to cancel the order online, it's easier to buy a coffee at Portland Roasters and ask for a refund later. Such a hassle when the employee was working orders when they opened at 4 AM. Then they were gone after an hour. Don't waste your money at this branch unless you decide to stand in line.

The hours posted for this location on the website is opening at 4am. If that is not the right hours, then correct it. I was at the airport for an early flight, the employees were stocking the store but would not open. I asked what time do you open? They said 5am. So I leave. I come back at 4:50am and get in line. They have a really long line as it is Red Cup Day. 5am rolls around and they do not open. There are 3 employees unloading stock, talking, and not opening. I ask again when are you going to open? Now they say they aren't sure what time they are going to open as they don't have enough employees to run the kiosk?!? There are 3 of them!

I get it customer facing jobs are ridiculously hard. The issue is how you handle dealing with a corporate America job such as this. When the website says 4:00am and you say you don't open till 5 is just bad service. I'd understand if there was a call out or something along those lines but to have two baristas just stand there for an hour doing nothing, not restocking, and not helping early travelers is disappointing.

Ordered online and waited about 10 minutes before walking to go get it. Wasn’t ready. Waited another 10 minutes while other people were getting their drinks I figured they were just busy. Decided to ask if they had my drink. The guy looks around, pulls my sticker out of the garbage, and slaps it on a cup. Without saying anything to me. They had 3 people working with only 1 guy actually making the drinks and the other 2 people stand around and do nothing. I work at the airport so this wasn’t my first time experiencing horrible customer service at this Starbucks. Something definitely needs to be changed about how they run this stand.

I wanted to buy a Portland mug as a gift and they were about to close. The workers behind the counter were kind enough to accommodate me with my gift shopping needs as they were busy closing. They were very kind and friendly.

Airport Starbucks usually has a huge line but we got in at the right time and only had to wait a few minutes. The order came out quickly and the drinks were fine, up to par Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my entire life. 5 people working and they messed up every single drink that came out, they decided not to put my alternative milk and forget my other drinks whipped cream even though I specified very clearly how I wanted the drinks... the employees are laughing and on their phones ignoring customers. I highly suggest not coming here if you want Starbucks, go when you get to your next location like seriously this is not worth paying for people to waste your time and make your stomach hurt. If you ask them to fix it be prepared for attitude as well... like I cannot express enough how crappy in every way this location is. If I had decided not to come two hours before boarding I would have paid for drinks I didn't get because the wait time with one person ahead of me was 20 minutes and it's still came out messed up. I don't like to complain and deter people from coming somewhere in case it was just an off day but absolutely not I cannot foresee this being a singular event.... Anywhere else or nothing is better.

We ordered two drinks from here which where the Matcha latte and the mint chocolate chocolate frappe.We got the Matcha latte. We're waiting for a very long time for the frappe. There were plenty worker standing around, not really doing anything so it seems like they just forgot to make it. When I went to the counter, they were like oh it's right here. We will make it right now.

I was here around 9am and surprisingly staff was very bright and cheerful! My drink was great and was made promptly, and the shop was clean and well organized. Will definitely stop back at this coffee shop when at PDX Airport again!
