Sold to new owners, not very knowledgeable on devices, asked if geekbars came in he just pointed at the wall (no geekbars). Couldn't understand him when he gave me my total, really pushy when I grabbed a pop from cooler to buy two instead of one. Definitely not the chill, cool environment it was for the past 5 years, turning into the get your stuff get out type of place compared to i would spend 15 min there just talking to the guy who's been there 3 years catching up. See it going downhill fast, probably just check out chill zone down the street. I know they have to learn there system, learn the customers ect. But even when they first opened with OG owner it wasn't this bad. Don't go here expecting recommendations on vapes/smokes and the like. Hopefully im wrong and ill try again in the next week see how it is.

Old manager was great until they got new owners they are rude and don’t seem to know anything about the products and systems was told to leave while the store was open because they couldn’t figure their things out the vibe is bad now do not come back here

Everytime I’ve gone it’s been closed at 9am. Sat until 10:25 and no one ever came to open it. The open sign was on. The time it says you’re open but yet still closed. This is the 5x I’ve attempted to come here. So many people came and went but no employee inside.
This has been happening for over 2 years now. Maybe hire a reliable employee.
