We got a really amazing deal on a nice locker! The manager here is super friendly and helpful ! We are so excited to transfer from public storage. The building is secure. It’s easy to get in and out even the freight ladders are actual real freight ladders not little elevators. They also have nice bay doors that you can back your truck right up to so you don’t have to go in and out of the back of the truck it’s level with the back of the bed of the pick up truck - that makes it so much easier and the carts are even bigger and more stable And in a few months, they’re gonna have extended hours !!

I got lucky to rent a storage room here at the stor-room on 181st. It usually didn't have any open to rent but, conveniently one opened up. I've been renting about 4 years now and I absolutely love this place. The people are very nice & easy to talk with. They're very good about communicating & notifying you of any issues without hesitation. It's nice having an indoor facility with only 2 floors. They keep it exceptionally clean & I don't worry about me or my things getting rained on like it used to be when I had an outdoor storage years ago. I love having the security of an indoor facility.
If you ever need to rent a storage unit & you want a Clean, Safe & Secure place for your things then, The Stor- room on 181st is your best choice...

This storage facility has been the best storage facility I’ve ever used! I feel like my stuff is always safe and secure. The staff are all kind and super helpful! It’s also indoors which is so nice in the PNW with all our rainy weather. It’s always clean (I even saw the staff cleaning up someone else’s big mess once!) and smells great! They’re also well priced! I recommend Stor-Room Mini Storage to everyone!

The facility is impeccably clean and maintained. Since this is an indoor facility, I love that accessing my unit in the rain and (sometimes) snow, isn't an ordeal. The staff are professional and friendly. It is also conveniently located by lots of shopping and eating places.

We could not be happier with the service and customer care we received from the Stor-Room! They have this place set up right, with loading docks, elevator cages, dollies and drays, and they keep it right with great security and cleanliness. They dealt with us fairly and economically, and were always easy to reach and to talk to, even from 3 states away. I do not believe there is a better storage facility for the average person than the Stor-Room!
