management is awful, food is questionable at best, employees always seem burnt out and overworked, not to mention alone. i would recommend the 5 extra minutes of driving to the 52nd and foster location.

Went in for couple subs. Used a coupon and they were still very nice and quickly served me. I was in and out in 15min.

Ordered three sandwiches. The lady was nice, friendly and attentive to us. We got our sandwiches and left. Except my wife left her debit card in the store. A day later she looked for her debit card but by then the nice lady behind the counter had ran up $300 worth of illegal purchases. It was a big hassle that only got worse because my wife was leaving for 2 week in Puerto Rico and had to take care of all this stuff before she left. I ended up taking over and filing the police report. The lady was arrested and had a history of criminal activity. Yet this Subway let her work with customer money. Being that I understand one bad employee I went back to order another sandwich. I ordered chicken. When I got home it was tuna. I don't like tuna but having been homeless in my youth tossing good food is not in my nature. I ate it but will never go back there again.

ordered 2 subs through delivery and received 1. was told that customer support would refund me then never did and never responded to my emails after that. this store doesn't have a number you can reach them at so i HIGHLY suggest not ordering unless you go in.

I hate writing bad reviews, they usually go unheard or unfairly target employees as scapegoats when in fact they are innocent, usually overworked and poorly managed. Been going here for years hoping for change, but because its so close to home and I enjoy the Subway brand I keep going back. I used to blame the workers but they have come and gone over the years and the same issues persist. Then I used to think it was management that was the issue, but the chronic quality issues goes even above them. I blame the franchise owner. Either they are hands off and oblivious to the quality control issues, or they are complicit and just don't care. As a business owner myself, I would want to know of such issues and be hands on and check this out myself. Over the years I doubt this is happening. Too many issues to list so wont nitpick. Just advise the owner check on his biz every so often. You'll see for yourself the issue. If not, you should probably find a new line of business. This issue isnt with Subway the brand, its this local branch. And their other branch they own in Wilsonville.

Last time I was in there my sandwich almost fell apart the women over stuffed the sandwich so much I couldn’t get all my veggies in the sandwich.

Most of the time no one is even there. Iv waited 10 mins in an empty lobby. And the times when someone does appear after 10 minutes, it’s someone clearly on somthing. Do not come here unless u want free chips. Then feel free to grab as many as you like. I’m 3/3

Nothing but full honesty..The place is dirty.The workstation is full of frozen old veggies, nothing freshThe worker is slow" when I say slow I mean, I seen blades of grass grow quicker than the tatted up girl.I will never get food here , and nether should you.

District managers are horrible . They have no idea how to run the store. A monkey can do they job better. The women who do (district manager/s), are Incompetent . They manage off emotions and not actually business practices. Jared, the original spokesperson for subway can do a better job, and he a pedoAnd another thing, they like to delete reviews that are 1 stars. That says a lot about the management, I'm not talking about the store manager, they do they best they can. It's the district managers who think they know the store, when they don't. They hoard the hours, they do not give employees enough hours to work, making it super short staffed, and is the reason why they can't do a good job in the store. They most likely cashing out on the others hours that they say they are "capped" atWill be reporting this store to the Better business Bureau, and to BOLI.SUBWAY corporate needs to intervene ASAP!
