I decided to try this store for lunch. With only two people in line and two people working, it still took 10 minutes before I was helped. The sandwich making was okay, but slow. I only live 2 blocks away and went to use a coupon I received in the mail and was told that they don't take Subway coupons. I turned and left the store. They need to make everyone aware they don't take coupons before you waste your time.

on god Alyssa sucks she clearly doesn’t wanna be working for Subway and tells us with her eye rolling and sighing sweetheart go somewhere ELSE THEN we are not the reason. Now DO better!!!!!!!

Just walked in to order a sub and the employee working named Alyssa was throwing everyone around and when I say everything I mean everything. Her attitude was completely rude rolling her eyes. She literally walked outside and started smoking when there were customers inside. Won’t be back here for sure.

Management and employees were extremely rude to my partner over using EBT, which the sign on the door says they take, their website says they take, and the EBT website says they take. They wouldn’t even take EBT. Called my partner entitled over being poor and just wanting something to eat on their lunch break.

I walked into the store the employee was sitting on a car outside. The employee eventually made it in the store. Did not address me at all or look at me. I was the only customer in the store. She proceeded behind the counter and turned her back on me and started unloading bread oven/racks. Then proceeded to wash her hands. Still hadn’t addressed me in any manner, or turned to even look at me. I decided I didn’t want to eat there and I was starving. I had come over from the hardware store because I smelt the bread. As I was leaving I thought maybe their was another employee that was supposed to be attending the counter. I stopped and asked her was she the only employee in the store? She continued to look forward as if she didn’t see me. I asked her again and she turned and looked at me and answered yes. I walked out. I don’t know if this is how you run your business. Maybe you could retrain your employee. I’ll make it a point to not come back to this location. It was Saturday Dec 16 about 2:45pm.

So slow. I ordered ahead and the app said my order was ready but when I got to the location my sandwiches were not ready and not even being worked on. The ticket was on the back counter.

CJ was awesomely amazing!!! We were the worst kind of customer, we put in an online order at the last minute possible. Literally. Then changed our sandwich ingredients completely on both our sandwiches, and added a few things. CJ killed it with the sandwiches, I don't say this lightly, the BEST subway sandwich I've ever had. Ever, and she never made me feel any kind of way for being a horrible customer!!! Thanks CJ!!

The worst customer service ever, very rude and nasty attitude. definitely should not be in a customer service position.I will never visit this subway again. (Parkrose Hardware location on Sandy blvd).
