Sadly, it wasn’t open despite the hours on the door saying it should be.
Edit: I came back on a Sunday, again within posted hours. It still wasn’t open, so it might be temporarily closed?

Very nice selection without being overwhelming or overpacked. Vintage clothes and also cool vintage bric-à-brac items and jewelry. Shop owner was very kind. Prices were great for Portland thrift, would definitely go again! Five buck rack outside too.I had no problem with the shop being closed or anything like was mentioned by other reviewers but now a days it makes sense to call ahead! Lots of places have different or flexible hours…just seems like the world we live in.

I tried to visit twice during the hours posted here& on their door. Both times I tried, they were closed with no note or anything. Confusing, and a bummer :-( I have no idea when they're actually open, or if they are even in business anymore?

I’ve been two different times to check this place out and both times the shades were drawn, the door was locked, are there was no note on the door. According to the hours posted on the door and online they should’ve been open both times. Pretty frustrating / unprofessional.

Arrived at 2:50pm on a Thursday, but the door was locked and the shades were pulled down. According to their posted hours, they should’ve been open, but there was no note saying they were closed or anything. I tried calling, but the voicemail box was full. Very unprofessional! This is no way to operate a business.

First time coming here and I get to the door and the employee put a 15 minute be back because they needed caffeine. Which is fine but I waited an hour + for someone to return. Still waiting lol

This store is amazing & the prices are reasonable for quality vintage pieces. The owner was working when I went in they are rad, kind, & have impeccable taste. One of my new favorite stores in the greater Portland area.

Great stuff, small but really wonderful items. Got some dope 90s finds!! Pretty decently even split between masculine and feminine clothes too!

The owners are thieves. They steal drugs from their own parents and they have stolen art work from me personally. I would not support people like this.

I’m obsessed with Sugar Mountain Vintage. I always find something unique and fun. They keep their shop loaded with great finds and everyone is always super nice and helpful!

Small but nicely curated vintage shop. Whenever I have an appointment next store, I have to stop in to see if I find any treasures. They have leather purses, a variety of clothes - mostly from the 70s, 80s and 90s. They also have several of those Big Eye paintings that I remember having on my bedroom walls when I was a kid! The last time I was in, I was mesmerized by the 70s rattan chair and the really large macrame hanging table. I so want it for my place but I still can't figure out where to put it. I'm trying! By the window there is a nice collection of various crystals and stones. Lots of plants in vessels, wicker frames and mirrors, and some hanging lamps. They always have items out front, displayed so nicely it lures you in. Often they have a rack of $5 clothing out front; if it's not there, check the back of the shop.
